omg, I need to stop for the night ... great day tho, lots done including making 3 desk caddies.

As for the name, I might go in a different direction, got two new ones to name and used up most of the good piratey terms I think. No rush, it's gonna be some time before they need naming.

If anyone has some good ideas for naming a couple mods though, throw them out there so we can look 'em over.

Gonna kick back for an hour or two, then do it all again tomorrow, arrrr!

Concerning the chip it's a great decision to keep it, that thing outperforms the kick and the dna by miles and is significantly more reliable with the passage of time. Plus i don't want to vape at a certain voltage limit, the option to go well above 6v is always more than welcome. The hardware on RSM is great, and i enjoy using the mods every single time.

Love your work Cappy, i'm certain more and more people will be tempted to own at least one great wood mod.

I agree with both of these remarks 100% The chip in my cutlas is extremely flexible and fairly efficient. Even on a heavy vape day (10+ml) 1 set of batteries lasts me 10 hours and most days I get almost a full day out of it. Most I ever got out of an 18650 and a kick was almost 4 hours. As for flexability I have yet to over power my cutlass and make the safety kick in and I have vaped everything from 5.4v at 2 ohms (14.58 watts according to my calculator) down to 3.6v at 1.5 ohms (8.6 watts) and I am sure it would go lower. It will also take any atty or carto I have yet to throw at it and work whereas my kick doesn't like DCC's at all.

As for thanks I also say a big thank you to Cappy for everything he does. My mom's Cutlass is the only mod I have ever gotten her to vape and like. She treasures it and it goes everywhere with her. Mine is just as cherished. While it isn't always with me when I am afraid something may happen to it there hasn't been a single day since I got it that it hasn't had at least 3 ml through it and when I am home it is never more then a couple feet from me. (Well other then the last couple weeks but that will be remedied once I send it in and get it back from Cappy)

Didn't someone bring up the name "Intrepid" before? That's a good one. Intrepid, Dauntless, Valiant, Courageous, etc.. good ship names there.

I think the old gods names is taken up by a pipe maker aren't they? Once I flesh these things out, they will probably be the mainstay of RSM for a long while, so I need to have some good names to reference them. I won't be using a Mark-# for them either, just a name.

How about some island names where the pirates frequented?

Well we had Cutlass. Other pirate weapons, Dirk, Buckler, or Blunderbuss.

I would vape myself stupid on a blunderbuss. There was another early shotgun type weapon along the lines of the blunderbuss called a musketoon. According to wikipedia its commonly associated with pirates :)
