Anybody have a battery life estimate on the vv's? My little 14500's aren't cutting it in my current mod!
I've been getting most of a day out of mine but I'm paranoid as heck about batts so I change them when they reach 3.6 or so.

If you just want to test voltage you can get one at Lowes for like $15.00.
$25 will get you a good digi meter that reads ohms at the level we need to test atties.

Hahaha. That didn't even really make sense to me so I guess I need to learn about voltage meters before I buy one!
haha. Yeah it might help but you really just need one to test the voltage on your batts. If you get IMR's that rule is double.
As I understand it, stacking batts is one of the times when you simply must keep track of the charge on your batts if you are using the unprotected kind.
I normally use those but had a poopoo on my last order and got AW IMR's instead. No biggie just meant I had to get a crash course in battery charging.
It's super easy to keep up with it.

no the IMR's are safe chemistry batts so they are safer and better than protected they cut off before they discharge too low..
you have it backwards..its the protected you have to watch if stacked...
