Can you just chip it off with your fingernail or something pointy? I would try not to touch the wood too much, just lightly pick at the due of the glue maybe.. Not sure how possible that is.. or maybe some acetone or fingernail polish with a q-tip..
You should post a pic so we have a better idea of where its at... If possible of course..

Like I said, the crack is hardly noticeable at this point, but you can see the glue.

Like I said previously, hard to see unless you know it's there.
I would try to chip at it a lil with a needle or paperclip or something.. if you sand it or use fingernail polish it will take the treatment cappy puts on it off.. unless you have some howard feed and wax or something handy to put on it when your done..
Sorry 'bout your mishap Summer. It looks as though Her recovery is well underway.
No worries, Capt. It's just taught me to be more cautious in the future, and to bring something more indestructible with me when I plan on drinking. Not that I was at the time, I could just easily see it happening.
