sorry to bump a post from last week, but i have to say bravo on this post Haarun. Well said indeed.
Thanks ken729, glad you share my thoughts. Mine were just reflections about the current world state of things, did not want to preach anyone about anything. I'm sure many share these beliefs, and I'm sure many of those are from North America as you guys in past and recent times have been in the frontline to spread the word about unity and fraternity. The drive towards that state of mind is so strong and relentless I'm sure that ONE day we'll arrive to a beautiful common understanding, I'm just sorry for those that do not share our dream ...

Ahoy. Just finished the first Destroyer. The wiring was very challenging, I think any time I saved in woodwork is easily consumed by the much more difficult wiring needed. Ah well, it's worth it I think.

I put a Lava tank inside so you can get an idea of what that will look like. I am using a home-made tank with it right now and it works just fine.

How long before I'm up to bat???? I feel like I'm on the Tankless List...lol

Just checked, your on batch #10 list, next up is batch #8, and I'm trying for about 2 weeks per batch.

So if I understand correctly the Wench is the same height as a Destroyer?

Yup, pretty much identical except the destroyer has the tank well.

I guess that makes my decision final, Destroyer it is....:)

Here is a pic I just took of a Wench next to the Destroyer I just made. As you can see the layout is virtually identical except for the tank well. The Wench will just have the tank mounted to the top as usual. I imagine there will be people who do not wish a inset tank well for various reasons and the wench will continue to give them that option.

Are they the same height as the "Cutlass"?

The old style cutlass? I measure them to be about .3" - .4" taller than the old Cutlass.

Old Cutlass was about 4.4" tall, and 2.6" wide, the Wench/Destroyer is about 4.7" tall and 2" wide.

New Cutlass is 5.3" x 2" x 1"
