Ahoy, good morning me 'earties! Happy Thorsday !

Oh my! Can't wait to see pics of the mahogany/zebra combo! Should be gorgeous!

As for Serenity - yeah, happier would have been good. :(

I will post some pics after I get more coffee in me and get the website setup with them.

Serenity, yeah, I would have switched Jayne with Wash in the plot, if you know what I mean.

Ok, as promised here are some pics of the test batch of the Mark-7 Destroyers. All 3 models, the Wench, Destroyer and new Cutlass will be the same price as the construction is almost identical, the Cutlass just uses a bit more wood. The only hardware difference between the destroyer and cutlass is 3 dollars worth of bottle and tube.

Mahogany with Zebra ends and one with Bubinga ends. tanks shown are either home-made or a Lava Tank for illustration;

Arr, every Mark-8 from the test batch went to Italy, except one that went to Spain, I wonder if they got there yet?

I'm hoping the USA has at least some desire for the Destroyer so I can get some feedback in a much more timely manner :D

Yes! It has BIG spoilers! Don't watch it till you've seen all of the epidsodes! It was made after the series was cancelled after a fan outcry and since they knew they may not get another chance, they tried to wrap everything up for us.

If you are really interested in the Firefly Universe, Dark Horse comics has also published several miniseries/graphic novels, most of which were written by Joss himself. There's even a Walsh miniseries to expand on that late lamented character.

And if you are, like me, A Joss Whedon fanboy Dark Horse also published Season 8 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is now doing season 9--all approved by the man himself. So, if you want to know where things went after they all left Sunnydale......................and no special effects budgetary restrictions.

And don't miss Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog with Neal Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion--A musical tragi-comedy about superheroes. It's a hoot! Whedon is a demented genius.
