Brrrr...the cold? Arggg, you suddenly make me wonder if I made the mod doors loose enough to handle HUGE temperature changes .... brrrrrrr.....I did my time in the cold, Northern MN, Anchorage, AK, Adak AK ... no more of that for me!

Oh yes, lets not forget a few years in Chicago, then Rochester NY ...

thanks .. This thing is super solid, fits perfect in the hand, no restriction on airflow.. and the finish is different then usual, i like it.. Its like its almost lacquered but its not.. you can still feel the wood but it has a hell of a shine to it..

What are you using for a finish Cappy?

Several coats of polyurethane as a sealer/finish, then buff and wax, and some of them also got a coat of Howards just to see how it looked. Does yours smell "lemony fresh"? lol

Nope not yet, but i have my own Howards.. Best stuff in my opinion.. its all i use on my wood.. give it two days it will have Howards scent to it..

Well shiver me timbers. Look what I dredged out of my PO box today I think the Queen herself should anoint Cappy to Knighthood. Sir Cappy has out done himself. (but wait, how many pirates have been anointed to Knighthood instead of being beheaded ?) Well I think an exception should be made under these circumstances. From a crazy "lightbulb" idea to the finished product. Well done Captain Brian and thank you Sir Brian.
