Down the rabbit hole..
I may have missed it, so please forgive me. But has anyone mentioned the base price for the vv mod? Didn't see it on the website either, but could just be that I am surfing on a phone. Regardless, very nice work Cap'n.

As for the meter install, looks like the is some room on the top cap, opposite the atty cup. See you voltage as you vape. But depends on the size of meter you would be using. But I am a mod noob, and have no idea what installing a meter would entail.

I believe base price is $155.

Goodnight all u pirates!

Maybe, maybe, not much room, would look outstanding, tough to route out a little window somehow, wow ... but would look outstanding.... I will look into it... would jack the price up alot tho....would be cool looking....

Arrrr.....hmmmm....

Nope, no can do.

Unless there is an even smaller mini display, less than 20x15x15 mm, or a flexible lcd or something, just no room.

A note to those messing around with making a mini checker for the VV retrofits, be aware that the center conductor is Negative and shell is positive. The retrofits is the only time I will do this, it was a space saver.

I might have to make my own for those who want one.. something nice, with a Black cherry body, what about the endcaps? Hmmmm

Awesome! Every time I hear that it puts a spring in my step and I work a bit faster, thanks!

Tonight, if all goes well, I will be putting the Mark-IV/V kits on the website, got lots to do before that happens, so off to work I go.

Yarrr!

Glad to hear that!

Say, a quick note. A few days back someone posted and added some Irrelevant and unflatterin tags to the post and I got pretty spun up and bashed the unknown person who posted the tags. I want facts and opinions about the product, not opinions on my personality :)

After rereading and catching up on PM's I realize it was erroneously assumed I was mad at WillyB for asking about the VV board. No, I was mad at the person who anonymously gave opinions and didn't care to back it up with a post.

I even want to publicly thank WillyB for the awesome lead on the chrome switches that I am going to start using. Altho they might raise the price per unit a bit they are outstanding switches and look great.

Wanted to clear the record on that instead of letting that lay...

Back to work I go ...

I've been going through the PM's and E-Mails looking for the one that was from someone who wanted a Mark-IV/V DIY kit, but did not want the button recessed. I'll be darned if I can find it or remember who it was.

If it was you and you see this, please let me know as I'm finishing up the first batch of Mark-IV/V kits. The kits will be able to be made as 3v/3.7v/6v or VV with the box size I'm going to offer.

The kit will only have the basic hardware, if someone wants VV the builder will have to supply his own, from Madvapes or wherever. This will keep things simple and not have me reselling someone elses board with yet another markup in price.

More later

Ok, it's not exactly the way I wanted it on the website, but the Mark-V DIY Kits are up for grabs.

Heres some pics of the parts included, price is 10 more than the smaller kit, still a good price IMHO for the amount of routing, cutting and drilling that goes into it. As with the other kit, the atomizer is also already build and ready to install.

Pics of a size comparison of the 18650 and 18350 batts and a pic of the kit parts included.

I will try to make ordering easier soon, but for now I will have to send an invoice after you use the purchase form.

Glad thats done, now I can spend some mellow time just soldering or something, arrrr...

No new pics today?
