Yo ho! Ok, 426 and 427 are shipping today, the finish feels dry so good to go. Those two, the Padauk/Wenge and Wenge/Padauk are two of the best looking ones I've made so far IMHO, I will have to remember that combination.

Excellent, the more time you take the better it will look in the end. Decided what to do with the edges? Leave em square? Round? Something radical?

I used the flash to show the jade stone, but now the color looks too orange, its actually a bright red....arrrr...forgot to adjust color.

I have Arizona jade and Sugi black matrix. The stuff is kinda pricey, I wanted to try it out before I went out and bought more.

Wow Cappy, that Jade looks really good with the Padauk. Can you do a Jade/yellowheart combo inlay on my VV Paduak bodied, with yellowheart end-caps, stand and shoot and catch cup.

It's like 85% stone with acrylic resin to bond it into a single piece from what I read.

Better than real stone for inlays IMO
