Okay, got a couple of pics with the iPhone. I'll try to get better ones later but you can really see the color differences in the wood with these! So pretty!

I think it needs an expresso pawn drip tip!

That is simply gorgeous!

I really like how the lighter color in the Ebony is picked up in the end caps. Are those end caps Canary wood? And (we've come to expect this, but it should be said) the workmanship is extraordinary.

Very classy mod...

Yes, an espresso drip tip would really go well!

Congrats pchela!!

Finally, I have batteries and charger for my RSM...Thank you once again for such an outstanding device Brian. Being mainly a dripper I am in heaven, other than I haven't gotten the sqonking down and keep leaking. I think I am understanding that without a catch cup I should use the tilt/shoot. I have tried both ways and still over or under sqonk. Thank goodness for the outstanding finish on it!!

DFC - the ends are Box Elder. It has pinkish stripes in it! So pretty!

I'm hoping you'll be willing to post more pictures. I would just love to see the detail on those end caps. I'm a real wood lover, tried my hand at woodworking myself for a while, and though I have given it up for now at least, I really appreciate the art of those who do it well.

I'm really happy for all of you who got your mods today. The anticipation is building for the time when I'll see my own in the mailbox!

Hiya toto, exactly right, without a catch cup you will need to either drip or use the tilt & shoot method, tilt and squeeze for 2 seconds and your good to go. Trying to use it as an upright feeder without a catch cup would not work.

I'm glad you are finally able to enjoy it :)
