What would be some of the battery combinations that I can use on unregulated mode in order to get more than 3.7v?

18650 for 3.7v, 2 rcr123 3v batts for 6v, that green 4.8v volt batt for 5v.

I really disliked that battery. It never lasted any reasonable amount for me. :-/ -Magnus

I have never tried it myself but some people seem to love them. They say they take like 8 hours to charge fully.

VV is really all you would ever need IMO. It does it all.

I just bought a RSM that was made in a kit. Its a VV bacaneer. I was holding out for a Mark-5 but man it was a good deal. Just curious where can I find pricing on these, Its not on the website.

As I recall, I used to sell bucaneer kits for 55? maybe 65 or so for the VV model but there was alot of finish work and assembly yet to be done on the kit. Not a very good seller though, kinda of a lost hobby guess.
