Just finished that last of the routing, putting magnet holes in the back lid for holding it firm and holding the mini-screwdriver. Next is install the magnets and put finish on them. Tomorrow is final assembly and final test. If they all pass then I put on more finish and then, well, I'm finished!

Oh yeah, I best be putting on the engraving now too, forgot about that. Off I go...

That's kind of how mine worked out. My cutlass is macassar ebony with bubinga caps, I think. And the wench is redheart with gaboon ebony caps.

I have another mod currently in the works that is Pink Ivory with a Purpleheart frame. Gorgeous stuff, but I had to tack on another $20 to the already somewhat steep price of the mod to get it. When she finally makes her way home, I'll send you a pic pchela.
