Got it. That is some pretty wood, I'll do the best I can to find a nice part of it without any or as few as possible pockets/holes. Very pretty.

Cool. The lower right corner (more figured side) looked pretty solid.
There's no hurry. I'm in batch 8, but if the final design isn't ready when you start, that's fine too. Do you think bloodwood would be a good match? I haven't seen that in person.

Bloodwood would look awesome, and I happen to just have 2 pieces left I will set aside for you if you wish.

Edit: I lied, I only have bloodwood big enough for the other models, not a Cutlass which is 1/2" wider than any other model.

I think that's on purpose.

It is, sales stink worse than the mod kits did. I will rethink the caddy situation and come at it from another angle some other time I think.

Cappy, maybe people just don't know about the caddies? I personally find them incredibly useful and really pretty so I can't imagine they wouldn't sell if people were aware of them.

I'm totally geeked about this. A teak destroyer with bloodwood caps. It's gonna be awesome!!!
