We need to get a theater where only Snow films are shown. We can all kick back and vape while watching, and then have a Kevin Smith style q&a afterwards.
Using an ammo box is a great idea Fetasigma. It gave me one of those "now why didn't I think of that" moments.
my plan...as I would rather spend that money on flavs
...take some of the packing foam that I have laying around and drill holes the size of the cartos to hold while I fill....think it'll work? My only wonder is if the foam will not drill well and end up with the holes waaaay too big......

Wader thanks for the info - the syringe just seems so surgical (sp?) Not sure I'm ready for that. Actually I sit here and think where in the heck would I get a syringe in bohunk Iowa without someone turning me in for shooting up
You can buy different sized syringes from many of our vendors. The "DIY" sections of vendor sites carry them many times too.
Keelalagirl...that's exactly what I've done. I used my dremel with a sanding stone on the end of it. bought foam from walmarts in the sewing section. Then i drilled down through it. 1 inch foam holds the cartos PERFECTLY !! I bought an old cassette carrying case from a thrift store and cut the foam to fit in the threes sections of the case. I can carry it, open it, lay it down and all the cartos stay right in their own little hole !! It works fantastic. A friend of mine drives Tractor Trailer Trucks and is out on the road all the time. I made him a case for his carts and also drilled bigger holes in the foam to secure his 30ml bottles. Now he drives and has nothing rolling all over the place in his semi. I love it because I can just reach in there and grab one all ready to place on my battery !
Thanks Anita...I was thinking about the storage containers they have at walmart and Target that have the handle and are fairly shallow...I have a stackable one that I keep all my Christmas tags in. I think I'd have a tough time keeping ammo out of an ammo case
LOL, I wasn't sure it would work so I wasn't about to spend high dollar (out of my juice money, lol) on a new case. That's why I took a look in the thirft stores...LOL..But it did and it works great. Some of the camera cases work well also. As long as it's got sturdy sides & bottom to it, should work fine. I ruined the first piece of foam because I wasn't holding the dremel straight. I put the carts into the holes and they went crooked..LOL..Second piece of foam went well tho.
I promise to share the premiere of Snow when he is available... He's the best, but my guess is that the little one needs some attention right now.... I can wait because I know the end result will be an Oscar winning performance
I agree and wouldn't is just be the best if we could all be together... I swear if I ever win the lottery we will have the best V4Life family bash anyone could every imagine. The friendships and support I've found here are just the best...
Just a quick update - I have been out of town but when I returned had a bottle of Vanilla Mocha Frappe (thank goodness, the withdrawls were getting rough) and blank cool carts. Filled a couple of carts and it was like magic. I will be using the blanks for now and just keep my used prefilled for backup purposes. I also got brave enough to order some syringes - found them on ebay cheap so sometime this week will give that a whirl as well. Thanks to everyone for all of their help and Snow - keep the videos coming
Oddly enough, I just ordered 2 ammo boxes to store cartos. I've used them in the past to store perfume samples and they work great for that. I plan to store empties batt end up and full batt end down. I've got to get a handle on organization.
I had read elsewhere on ECF that .45 caliber was the correct size, so that's what I ordered. I hope they fit! The shipping cost as much as the boxes.
.45 caliber ammo boxes to store cartos. The ammo is for guns, but that is the way the sizes are listed for the boxes. The size describes what size bullets the box will hold.
Can we see a pic with your cartos in the ammo box? If it's no trouble.
I remember talking about 45s to someone, and my 30 year-old niece was there and she thought we were talking about guns. I had to explain they were round pieces of vinyl that carried music and you needed a "record player" to hear them. Boy did I feel old.
