GOD, I so HATE that now that I finally figured out why dripping is important and necessary, I only just now FOUND this, 4 months after the sale you're talking about ended, and at the moment they're out of stock!
SO SAD!
I know, I know how it is!

sweet thread! I read the Ocelot's dripping guide about a month ago, and today I'm enjoying some GeJ Patriot on a joye 306. Probably needs to steep a little longer though - just taste mostly a complex sweetness and it's only about 2.5 weeks old. The cheap vision 510's I have don't seem to be all that great compared to the 306's. I was thinking of trying ikenvapes's 510's or 901's, but how do they compare to the joye 510s?
In my personal experience, the only 510 atomizer that was appreciably better than the other 510s was an HH357. At $20 bucks a pop versus only $2 for the JoyeTech 510s from DigitalCiggs, the difference wasn't sufficiently great to justify the price being ten times higher.
I beg to differ..........HH357 (long barrels) are far superior to Joyetech 510 atomizer...Not only is the vapor production much better but the taste cant be beat.......... I know there is big price difference....But really for $25 (custom HH's) that last me 6-8 weeks...I mean what the heck that's not that much money to pay for a better vape experiance...I am an exclusive direct dripper of 4 + years and have been using HH's for almost 2 years now....They ROCK!
I can't say because I haven't really tried many 510 atomizers other than the Joyetech ones.In terms of best 510's under $10 - you guys really like the joyetech ones the best huh?
HH.357s put more juice on the coil than other manufactured atties. That may matter to your perception of what constitutes a good vape but it very well may not. You are the only person who can determine if the HH.357 provides the type vape of you personally prefer before you get to the issue if you think it is worth the money.
I keep an dozen HH.357s in rotation on ten devices. All are going strong including my first HH.357 from eight months ago.
My other atties sit in the drawer because, personally, I so greatly prefer my HH.357s. Combined with the fact that the HH.357s last a long time for me means that their cost is not a prohibitive factor.
However, I would not disagree at all with anyone who may be in love with a different atty because people want different things from a vape to be satisfied. Also, I think the HH.357 was revised at some point before I started using them. Those may have performed differently than the ones I have.
Thanks, I guess I will pick up two of them to try out. Is it worth getting the custom version for the long barrel and PG/VG/mix option? Most of my juices are about 50/50 mix, I assume the non-custom version just uses the mix option? Is there any major benefit of having the long barrel? Gah... I can't believe I'm about to pay $20+ for an atomizer. Better be worth it!
Also, are the Clouds of Vapor "Vision Hybrid" atomizer the same as the Vapage hybrid atomizer or is it something entirely different? I saw it mentioned a few times but I'm not sure if the Vapage type ones are no longer on the site or if they are the same atomizer with a different name. I don't see the dual coil atomizers on here either.
I've tried both types of Vapage atomizers and found them to both work very well for me. I've ruined a few of the universal ones by attempting to dry burn them when they were still wet with water after cleaning, and while I like the vape on the BF ones, they do tend to leak a lot with the way I am dripping them. I guess since they are made for bottom feeding, the liquid probably goes through easier. I have been wanting to buy more of their atomizers though and I am subscribed to their newsletters, and boy do they send a lot of them! But lately its always been sales on disposables and kits, I haven't seen a store wide or atomizer sale in forever. I mean, are the HH.357 vastly superior to the Vapage atomizers?
