Celery? Perhaps it's the fennel flavoring, or is a flavoring in the absinthe concentrate? Strange, but for the past few minutes I have been tasting celery, faint, but there. Anyone tried celery flavorings or fennel seed? Just wanted to see if anyone gets celery from it at all.

I just received the real Pluid. Definitely way different than my version. I'm going to revamp my version to try and get closer.

I believe it is angelica that imparts the celery taste in absinthe. FYI ECX has it.

Absinthe w/s (TFA) 10%
Lemon-Lime (TFA) 5%
Orange Cream (TFA) 5%
Smooth (TFA) 2%

So I tried a variation of this as well but added a little bit of marshmallow and wintergreen. The result is a very delicious, smooth, root beer-esq flavor that has a nice citrusy draw. It's definitely not Pluid (I am a huge fan of Pluid) but, it is a nice substitute while I wait for the opportunity to buy more.

I received some Pluid from another member here, and it was cut to 10mg not full strength, but the citrus tastes and smells like grapefruit to me.

I don't DIY, so I won't be concocting my own clone version of Pluid, just thought I'd mention it.

I've made my own version. At least I've made some juice with anise, and other stuff. I may never know what Radiator Pluid is supposed to taste like. I'm on the mailing list, and have gone to the site immediately, only to see it's "out of stock". He must not make up too much at a time. I wonder why? It seems he could sell 100x the amount he does.

It may be a long steeping process or production process in general. Heck, he could be soaking his foot in it. That takes a few days right there. LOL ROFL

Nope a lot of it has to do with space. Im mixing about 13.5 liters per batch. I use 5 gallon carboys to mix in and each flavor has its own Carboy. Takes of a lot of space. This factor if going to be remedied real soon.

The next factor is time.

I know you make some great juices, so it's good to know that it's finally going to be possible for you to be able to start doing larger production runs to keep the masses happy! I had always wondered if you'd ever get into a happy place to be able to do larger batches, I'm glad to hear it may finally happen now!

No, if I made a secret foot juice. I would call it foot loose and it would have bacon flavoring in it.
