Hildicat, all those VV grands make me realize that my solo could use some company. Did you pick up another one recently?

The collection looks great man. I'm fixin to break out my Romanian gem and put a build on it tonight for giggles too. It's been awful lonely tucked away in the drawer with another RM2 :)

Nope, Bought two when they launched almost a year ago now, then got the wrinkle for chirstmas maybe? Its all a blur... The two OG's got their 'innies' turned into 'outties' after seeing the wrinkle sport it. And the last one is the black/silver I scored in the classies a couple of months ago. I think I'm set for a while.

Its funny, I had given up on the Grand cause it just wasn't hitting the same as the VV's, but when silver vein went in I missed having four vapes so I dug him up, filed the Sh17 out of the firing pin and damn if he hasn't been hitting just great. And to think I was gonna try to sell him

Oh yeah, I forget how nice the Chalice vapes. It's surely different than the RM2, I wouldn't say better, but different in a good way. Maybe its the smaller chamber, who knows.

is the VV grand needed? I just got a mini 2.1 and have found that a grand is too big for my hand. I've got baby hands... I am hoping there will be a VV mini sometime in the future.

The VVG is my personal favorite.
The benefits as I see them...

Consistent battery voltage
Variable power (can adjust on the fly to a specific atty/mood)
Low maintenance
Side button

To name a few. It fits in my average sized hands perfectly. The only thing that might make me give up my VVG's is perhaps a super secret, yet to be disclosed next gen REO super star.

Post-sex-change from 801native to 510 connectors. rba's are superior to 801's and certainly more inexpensive for the long term. Of course, I had to get a couple of RM2's to rock on my Woodvils.

Cocobola VV & Wenge 18650. vaping so good, they ought to be illegal.

So last evening picked up DH at airport with REOs dressed up for a night out at The Oasis. (It was going to be Mz D's first outing for oysters. Lit'l Bit 1 had to try to out do her and threw on a Polished Black door.) It was 105F, DH was bushed, so we didn't go. Dropped DH off at home then I went to Macaroni Grill to pick up some carryout Capellini Pomodoro, Salad, Yummy Desserts and on to Albertson's for some food shopping. Had to have obligatory Pomegranate Martini and another and another. I blame it on meeting up with Rev. Coop, a regular, and getting lost in time in swapping stories for three hours. He's a major hoot, my age, and grew up near where DH grew up in Central Texas. I think I had four Pomegranate Martinis. Anyway woke up this morning with a raging hangover; first in many years. So no drunken REOs scarfing down oysters but pretty tipsy Feisty heading to the grocery. I did have a fun time, bought way too much, but had fun and Deli was still open so got some Broccoli Crunch Salad. Did I say I had fun? DH requested I not stay at MG till midnight. He knows me so well. I did get home from MG and grocery before midnight.

Presenting Mini 2.0 "Mz D". Lit'l Bit 1 sporting "Tripp" the Trippy Tip.

Metal REOs heading to Spa today. Once they are safely home(s) Woods next. Really nervous putting so many in one box but insuring for a pretty penny. CV VVG only one heading to new home; rest back to Momma. The only reason I'm not selling the pristine Tumbleds and replacing with new Clear Coated is because they have the old milling; important to some REO collectors. It's going to be a lot of work for Robert to do to insure they aren't marred removing pressed fittings and magnets before putting in baking oven. Thanks so much Robert for attempting this for me.:thumb:

have no idea what its called, but I picked it up at Newport Vapor Room in Newport Beach, CA. Chill guys there. Definitely visit if you're ever in SoCal. I have yet to see it at an online retailer.

Alternatively, if you go to Newport Vapor Room you might be able to send that picture to them and ask if they can ship it to you. I know some people have been doing that with Grants when they didnt have an e-commerce site up.

Picture of REO Mini 1.0 I stumbled on looking for something else. Picture dated May 2011. This is the best picture I have showing what the Tumbled looks like. Of course a picture won't convey the feel. This was my first Tumbled. It is now a polished because I tried to very gently remove a scratch and the place didn't match the rest of the finish; a little shinier streak.

My advice to anyone wanting the look of a Tumbled and not having to jacket it is to get a Clear Coat Tumbled. The aluminum is so soft it will scratch even with gentle care. It will also get shiny from handling or jackets. Any action you take to buff out a scratch will leave a non matching area.
