oh wow........wish I had a car and you had time.......I'd come up and meet ya for coffee! We're fixin to be neighbors. I was thinking Spacex was in Dallas, but when you said Austin ya made me look it up. Mapquest says McGregor is about 30 mins from me, I'm in Temple now. Glad ya had such a nice visit! Hope this works out great for ya.
Yeah, I had the choice to fly into either Dallas or Austin, my hotel reservation was in Waco. I chose Austin cause I've got family there and know the area better than Dallas. Well I've got family in Dallas too, but anyways the job site is in McGregor. I interviewed there in McGregor at the test facility. We are trying to find a place to live in Hewitt and if we can't get Hewitt for any reason, Woodway will probably be our second choice.

It depends on your vaping style.
I personally am an M-T-L, or Mouth to Lung vaper. Probably a personal habit I developed years ago with a Tobacco Pipe. I have tried dual coils and sub-ohms, didn't care for it.
For me, the RM2 is the Best attachment to a Reos.
I have a BF Veritas, a BF Cyclone w/Cyclops AFC, an RM4, and have owned an RM5. If you are looking for low-ohms and Lung Hitters, the Veritas and the Cyclone would be nice. The Odin and the Derringer have also received good reviews.
The RM4 is a Versatile little device that preforms well either single or dual coils, and can produce at a wide array of voltages. You could try an RM4 first if you are unsure as it can serve well at many setups.
Just my :2c:

Papaws right about your style of vaping. If you like dual coils and lung hits, I prefer the derringer to the Odin, the Odin just isn't good for flavor. If you vape unflavored, it's great! MTL, I'm sure the Rm2 is great. I've tried it, just not my style. I don't subohm, but I do like dual coils and a lot of air. Rob's rm8 is a derringer clone.....he'll be loading up 9 and 10 soon, but not sure what they'll be. The nuppin has been my personal fav for dual coil net around 1.3 ohms. But the derringer is slowly taking over. Very happy with it

missed out on the nuppin, heard nothing but good comments for it, wondering what 9 and 10 will be myself.

I think I mostly vape mouth to lung. But there are times when I do straight lung hits. I haven't spent the time to decide on which device I do more of either way. I have noticed that I don't get nearly the enjoyment out of my old gear, as I do with my Reo/bottom feeding gear. I have my Lemo Drop loaded on the SVD2, and I am just using it for a flavor change. I am not spending much time with it. The Derringer on the SMPL is still good for flavor changes. I dunno, the Vulcan and Aqua v2 have been sitting a lot lately, as the Kayfuns. The bottom fed Rogue is getting no action at all. The bottom fed Derringer, and Quasar are both getting vaped constantly. One sits on the Reo Grand LP, the other sits on the Woodvil.

I think that a great deal is made about the airflow options for various atties, but the truth of the matter is that nobody ever alters it.

They are all run either flat out open or strangled to death.

I have yet to hear of anyone building a coil and then tinkering with AFC settings.

I tinker with my AFC settings all the time......till it's perfectly strangled.

Largely, I'd agree with you. I do, however, have one atty with one build and one juice that I throttle the air on throughout the day - closed down first thing in the morning, half open by mid morning, wide open after lunch.

Tried it with other setups, no real benefit (or it was unsatisfying), but this one is like three vapes in one.

But you Dark Horse guys - I'm surprised you haven't gone to taking the cap off and wrapping your mouth around the atty base :)
