i went to the condo this morning for the pest inspection. my realtor gave me a summary of the seller's problems. the seller went bankrupt, but supposedly cleared the condo. but there are liens against the condo, from a big bank as well as the HOA. the realtor advised me to withdraw from my move-out notice, and said she'd send me more listings.
so the condo looks like toast, tho i may know more tomorrow. i'll probly withdraw my offer tomorrow, since this is turning into a nightmare.
looks like me and the wind sprinter for a while...

Sorry for all the "shady" news, but thanks to an honest realtor, who's looking out for ya, ... NOT getting it looks like a blessing in disguise.
Remember when a door closes, another one opens, and the "powers to be" will find you a better one.

I am under an incredible amount of stress right now so this is just one way that I am relieving myself (I wouldn't make any jokes here if I were y'all) so I will apologize now and just say. . .

Good morning everyone hope all who aren't quite here are all well. I have a few jobs to do and then a 4 year olds birthday party to attend later but I don't feel like doing anything doesn't help that I committed to doing a fundraiser dog walk tomorrow too I really think I would just prefer to be a hermit live in the woods with my dogs and ignore the rest of society

That is pretty much what I do these days. I don't live in the woods, but they are behind me. I would rather live in the country.

Rat2, I don't know what is up with the Reo Lounge. It has been slow. But I have noticed it is slow in most threads. Maybe people are gearing up after this hot weather, and doing some stuff outside for a change. I think this winter you will see the usual amount.

Well Kay dear, liven it up then! LOL. I wish I had something really cool to say, and interesting. But things have been pretty much the status quo, and I am okay with that. It beats drama any old day of the week, to me. I hate drama. My precious daughter went to Vegas, and just got back. So I am thankful my lil' darling is home, safe and sound. My pup is full grown now, and full of herself. I don't have the money to go do new, and exciting stuff anymore. But as I said, it beats drama. I've had my share of that. I will take boring over that.

This is a normal phase has been happening since I started here. The whole thing seems always slower. Used to be if I missed 8-10 hours there'd be on a slow day 15-30 pages to catch up on. Some days there was 80+ pages. So over all it is real slow

My opinion is that a lot of us post in a few different places, especially if we've been around for a few years. So the same number of posts overall is spread over a greater number of outlets.

i cannot get all the news and latest knowledge from just the Reo lounge, although like Misswish, i read everything here. It's no different to people having logins on other forums or posting in other threads on this one.

The Hangouts are the same thing, but since i cannot be 5 places at a time, i steer clear of all that.
