No, it's pretty easy! You just have to be a noob at coiling a RM2. 

yeah I saw the thread about the fuse, and have seen it mentioned, but had forgotten. Jup, I'm pretty careful so haven't dropped a spring, but ya just never know when stupid will take over and ya drop one or two. A friend dropped two, one right after the other, but he thinks it was a problem with the atty. Got a different atty and hasn't dropped one since. That was when he had just gotten his first reo.It's quite easy to use a Reo with a fuse instead of a spring and indeed some of us 'lung-burners' that run low Ω coils do just that. In my opinion, you have to try quite hard to get a spring to collapse or be very unlucky.
