Sometimes I wish I had Papas gift to get my point across with the written word .

You do just fine. :)

In fact, it is your lack of verbosity that has us hanging on your every word. Some mod makers trumpet their wares loudly and longly, orchestrating the hype. Not you, though. A post here, a pic there, and BOOM, we're all captivated and chattering away like a mah jong club.

You know just how to get us going and you're the best at letting us help evangelize. It's really quite special.

The safest way to eliminate the minimal voltage drop from the spring would be to solder the spring were it is riveted together .You would gain back that almost unnoticeable drop and retain the safety of the spring . I will never make a mod without a spring its not worth the risk .

What I can do is make some of these springs up for people that want them . The only problem I can think of is what to call them

I want them! I hope the new REO mod comes around Black Friday time. I need a reason to pass on a new big screen! :w00t:

Since it's all about robinowitz.....he/she likes the door to go up as well, I'm sure of it! lol and sorry hun, I am sure I asked before if you're a he or a she and I can't remember what you said, either that or I meant to ask, and forgot to lol I think you're a she, but dunno.

Hahaha Debadoo! Yes, it is all about Robinowitz (who is a she) Well, if truth be told, I'm an ambidextrous door person.lol. On most I go down but on one that I did a poopy magnet replacement job on, I have to go door up. I would be a-ok with however as long as it's a Reo! (and I only use small attys

Thanks for the chuckle. Makes the time fly until I add this new baby to my Santa Claus wish list...tee hee

You know... I think a dual battery version would be awesome.

I thought of it but didn't include that in my list because Rob has the prototype about there... but I would love to have some dual 18650 batt Reo's for the LG HG2's.

That would be Sloth Approved. The battery life would be fantastic.

To do that with a bottle I'm thinking stacked batteries, one in front of the other on the one side and the bottle on the other side. So the shape of the mod looking straight down on it would be a rounded triangle. And it prob be best to have the squank hole on the side for the first time.

Forget that.. just held 2 18650s next to each other I'm my hand and it's too wide.. they would have to be staggered so the mod wouldn't be that deep. Good luck fitting a bottle I'm there as well.

14500s?

I have plenty of room in my hand for two batteries. Even more room in my heart for a dual batt reo.

Nothing, not even my wife, would be able to stop me from buying one.

I go through about 9ml. most days and have never felt the need to change a battery. But I use Panasonic 18650's at 3400mAh. They are slightly bigger then AW's and don't fit most mods but fit the REO's fine 'cause of the spring. I depend on the spring for safety, so I'm OK without the AW's. Actually popped a spring once because of a short, had the Panasonic battery in there, and safety mechanism worked like a charm. Coils at 1.1-1.2 ohms.

I like the new look, but with the button on the side does that mean you can't lock the fire button?

The 2015 (all mechanical) Woodvils have the side button and you can lock them using the same locking mechanism (little pin in the button that catches) as the top-button REOs. But he's mentioned (somewhere earlier in this thread) having a separate locking function on this one.
