It also could be a mashed button. More common than one would think. When a button is repeatedly mashed, it can damage the firing pin or battery contact....bending it and in some cases breaking it. Many of us are guilty of mashing the button because we "think" it needs to be because the button isn't clicky and it looks so tall. If you think this might be the case....where you think you have to press hard to get it to work when you get your mod back from Rob....then try holding the mod by your ear and gently press the button until you hear the atty fire. You'll see that it doesn't take much pressure at all. If you do, in fact, have to mash the button, then there is something wrong and Rob needs to be contacted. I hope this made some sense.

Makes perfect sense RF! I was a button masher my first few days until I figured that out, but I obsessively hold it up to my ear! Haha. I def think it's the pin that's gone bad.

OK Reo Fam, you want a super Atty for your Grand, remember the old Joye eGo Mega Cylinder Atomizers. Take your Dremel and just carefully cut the flange off making sure you dont cut into the body of the Atty. Then just screw this bad boy on your Grand and vape away, use the O-Ring around the base of it sitting just on top of the catch cup and you have a super nice Auto feed system. You can use the LR Mega's or the Reg ohm ones. I'm using a reg ohm one with a 5v batt and its a super duper Vape. This should go in the tip's & Trick thread but I just want everyone to see it here first, these are super ! ;-)

Update, I forgot to add to this trick I am putting a piece of the Omega Nextel XC-116 under the bridge and in the cup of the Atty, it makes this Atty explode with flavor and plumes of vapor folks !

sometimes when i refill juice...put everything back together and squonk...my reo doesn't feed...i have found the bottle lid wasn't tightened enough...everytime this has happened it was the bottle lid...so its good to check the lid before freaking out....like i did....lol

I see the glisten of the juice being fed up, but it kinda just comes out and into the cup..
i tried sqounking, but it just seems like the atty is not retaining / pulling up the juice.

im using Cisco's LR atty's

the bottle is tight & the O-ring too..
help plz...

Try drawing on the atty without firing while squonking. You will feel the resistance and hear a gurgle. It is what we call blind squonking. If it is a LR 306 it needs to be really wet to get the taste and vapor.

In trading REO Mini doors, I had no door. So being without one for a bit was going to be a bit of a hassle so in pinch I made my own. Just get a recordable CD and mark it with a sharpie to an approximate size that you need. This would have been easier if I did it BEFORE I sent the door off, but necessity is the mother of invention. I used the offices supper strong paper cutter, though I think an exact o knife would have worked better and more precisely. Just keep trimming till you get it to fit. Use the CD hole as your squonk hole (that sounds nasty) when you line the CD up for marking with the sharpie. All of the shiny metal came off of mine so I just helped it along and I came out with this. Mostly a clear door for my mini. If you lose your door, this is a good fix till you can get another. 2nd day of using it and it's working great.

Having the o-ring in place doesn't let you see the holes so you can't really know where the juice is. Therefore you must rely on the blind squonk. Do as nerak advises and pull while you're squonking so you can hear the juice enter the atty.

Different o-ring. You must have one on your atomizer. The one that needs to be well-seated in order for the REO to squonk correctly is the one inside the bottle top.

Funny I had trouble with the o-ring in the bottle top, it was me as I usually tightened it too much and pushed the o-ring into the top. Tip from here was to put o-ring on the bottom of the threads to the bottle I was putting on, I did this on mini and grand and it worked great, no more problems for me. Don't have o-ring in top cap at all. Always more than one way to skin a cat.
