It's nit easy at all bec u squonk too lightly and nothings there. Too hard and it's overkill. I've yet to get it down pat...

If you are using a 510, squeeze lightly until you just begin to see a glimmer of juice in the holes of the overflow well. When you release, it will disappear. Short unpowered hit to make sure the juice is over the coils, and you are good for 5-8 nice vapes.

For a 306, the "blind squonking" method works best. Squeeze the bottle lightly and suck on the drip tip until you feel a small amount of resistance or hear a light gurgle. Short unpowered hit. If you have a clear drip tip, you should just see a sheen of liquid on the top of the atty. (If it is half-way up the bridge/mesh or more, it's flooded...blow it out). Also now good for 5-8 nice vapes.

Ok lately I've been doing a little dripping on my Reo and I've realized that dripping is as close to perfection as it gets. Nice clean dry hits without so much TH that comes with an overfilled atty. How do I get my Reo to work like this on the feed? Whenever I squonk it's goes from too much TH down to burnt taste with very little satisfaction in between.

Can anyone even understand this?

Edit: I'm late for the party. :D

I use a 510 with the rubber ring around it so most of my squonks are blind but I'm gonna give it another shot. Thanks for taking the time to answer :)

Take the o-ring off of your atty until you get the hang of it. The visual cues with a 510 are pretty good.

Also, check that the o-ring in the bottle cap is well seated and that the tube isn't flat against the side or bottom of the bottle. If those things are interfering in the juice delivery, it makes squonking much more difficult.

Hope it helps. :)

edit: I just saw that you are getting leakage inside your REO. That should NOT be happening. It is most common when you have the o-ring not seated or the tube creating a vacuum. If we solve that, it should solve your squonking issues.

For anybody that is looking for a cheap smart charger that can do every battery (except for the 4.8 nimh's obviously):

Ultrafire WF-188 Lithium Battery Charger

This will save you from buying multiple chargers. Plus, it's a smart charger as well....check it out.

I wish I could remember the name of the mod, but its the one where you cut off a portion of the bottle nozzle and run the tube through it instead of just the screw on bottle top. However, if someone can supply the name, this should solve any and all vacuum issues.

I just got my Reo about 2 weeks ago and was inspired by this thread

I ordered some 3ml syringes from MadVapes to try the button mod, and it works fantastic!

But just tonight, I took a trip out to Hobby Lobby (and home depot to pick up some Noalox) and purchased a small strip of suede leather ($4) some super glue rated for leather ($3) and a blade to cut it with. Brought it all home, laid it out on my cutting board in the kitchen, measured, cut, glued, and 15 minutes later had a nice slip case!

I would like it to maybe look a little nicer but it's a good fit and keeps the door from sliding around when I take the Reo out of my pocket.

Oh man, I didn't even think of pistol holsters, that's great. I've been shopping around for metal clips online (particularly ones with a wide support plate) and they're not as cheap as you'd figure. I bet I could find a junk holster somewhere and pull the clip from that cheaper. BRILLIANT!

Just go to Wal-Mart or a gun/pawn shop and grab the cheapest holster there.

I have literally a dozen of the damn things. One can be had for about $5 but I believe you can buy replacement clips pretty cheap.

Well, the trick is getting one with a lot of metal on the back, to help distribute the weight of the Grand - my jacket's made of a thinner leather and I wouldn't trust it - nor want to risk marring it - to a couple of little contact points... but if I could get a nice wide flat surface to glue down all over, I'd be set. Something like this, but a lot cheaper.

Some of the holsters I picked up do have thin metal but a wide profile.

You'll find what you're looking for.

Focus on holsters that have an extra magazine pouch attached to them, they have wider clips.

Alternatively, one like this would probably work fine.

Ok so the leather one was nice, but I picked up some suede while I was out too and decided to make another case. This one is MUCH cleaner and feels soooooooooooo nice!

This time around I cut the bottle hole BEFORE fitting the Reo.

I may just have to start selling these things. I wonder what kind of market there would be for them...

Where did you get the super glue for leather?

Craft store. I just looked for a bottle that said "Super Glue" on it with a list of the materials it bonds that said "Leather" in bold print. It was really cheap. Bonds instantly, dries very fast. Holds really well.
