Replacing the 510 in an RX200... Fairly easy actually.

I don't have one.. but reviews claim it to be of good quality; Better quality when compared with the Reuleaux DNA200 and better 510.

That's what I have been reading but very tight battery bay rips the wraps is only downside , but this could be a good solution to the 510 problems with Rx 200 an DNA Rx 200

The battery bay is also tight in the Reuleaux DNA200 and people have said it to rip battery wraps as well.
The Triade looks better, obviously, and offers better versatility; Possible easier conversion into a squonk mod as the 510 is already housed over the battery bay

Never thought if that as DNA chip will run off 2x 18650, so yeah could add a bottle in there , but still wondering what 510 used in it also has top mounted will the nuts on top allow you into the 510, on the triade , as I do like it shame I cannot find a silicone cases available for it either, there don't seem to be any accessories out for it unlike Rx 200, it's good to have that added protection still available, there's a good fat daddy conversion kit squanch 510 available too so it can be modeed easier ,

I know of people who have converted their Reuleaux DNA200 into squonk boxes: They had to move the 510 to rear end and above the single battery slot, and then program via escribe for dual battery use. Their squonk bottle is placed in the single, and now empty, battery slot.
Given that people managed to move the 510 by drilling another hole on top of the Reuleaux DNA200 mod, I doubt converting the Triade will be anymore difficult, if not easier.

I can absolutely guarantee you it's not silver wire. Silver wire is extraordinarily expensive and extremely hard to find. It's not something you can just go to your local shop and buy.
In 14 gauge you can expect to pay around $1.50 per foot for true silver wire. Good luck on finding it in anything less than a 100 foot spool.
The wire you saw was almost certainly aluminium. Very common and very cheap, around $10 for 100 feet of 14 gauge, just the sort of thing you would expect in a $40 mod.

Gee I said I'm not sure , what do I know , no need to jump down my throat about itthis is the small black wire from bottom unsheathed , I'm thinking it's either silver or plated or maybe I know nothing which is more likely

What did you receive today? A Reuleaux DNA200? Surely you wouldn't attempt to fit a RX200 silicon sleeve on a Triade

It fits over a triade , but like I said air vents so I can't keep it on it , but it lines up with buttons screens ect , guess I could try with a scalpel to cut out the vents , if I'm wanting to use it , other wise it won't be safe with no vents for boards ect

I just want to get to figure out the boards as I'm thinking of buying a DNA board to put in my rx 200 shell , with the fat daddy 510, installed , will give me a little project , so will need to learn how to become better at soldering before I even attempt it , will test on an old board i got given with the knackered Rx , then on some wires. When I got a bit more confidence in my soldering ,I will then attempt it on the boards , to make my own DNA Rx 200 , I know you need to re aligned the screen cover or by a spare rx DNA face plate , then I've read you need to sand a mill or 2 off the buttons for DNA board to fit , so got plenty of time to read up an watch vids on doing this upgrade

I'm thinking just cut two rectangles out of the silicone case to open up where 4 vents are on both sides , possibly cut out where I've out this sticker , but would have to do it in ink maybe line both sides up then use a scalpel to cut out the vents
