I'm thinking of a Varitube too. The newest models are pretty well made looking.
Replacing the 510 in an RX200... Fairly easy actually.

I used a 25mm neoprene washer under mine. They're very easy to find at virtually any hardware store. They're a rubberized material so they work better than a nylon washer at preventing leaks. You can compress them down more so they fill the recessed area better and create a liquid tight seal. Plus they're the perfect diameter and the hole in the center is near perfect to press the 510 through
Sorry, I should have said a 22mm neoprene washer rather than a 25mm. Same diameter as the top of the FD 510 connector.
I wanted mine slightly raised due to using 25mm RTA on mine with a silicone case for protection around my Rx 200s , this made it difficult with some to adjust the bottom airflow , so my thinking was if I could raise it slightly to give free movement to the bottom air flow control ring , without it being caught on the top ring of 22 mm on the Rx 510 , seems a lot better , but I'm going to need some ones help for re soldering it's chip an wires back up I'm just no good at it , crappy hands an fingers from using way too many road works breakers an whackers ect , in my old job , so not steady enough ,for finishing it so , I've done all I can , so will be awaiting a friend to finish the re soldering to complete it ,

This now has its clearance as well as it being a 25mm RTA tank over the top of fat daddy a 22mm 510 , so air flow control ring is now free for allowing me to adjust without it touching anything, So I no longer have to undo RTA to adjust airflow ,as some AFC are a bit tighter than others , billow v3 plus is a very lose one , compared to one cirus plus , AFC , so now just got to wait for the help for soldering back in the chip am will be very happy , thanks for the help the guide etc ,I used a sliver line rubber ring under the 510, this also keeps it tight on the Rx too an will stop any leaks of juice I'm hoping ,

Rcvd 2 - RX200s mods today. Red and black, and blue and black. Will be ordering at least 4 more of these before I dig in and do the 510 updates.

So can make any colour combo , mine has a carbon wrap on it will take it off once finished fixing it up protects the paint from scratching whilst boring it out an grinding it ect

, at least I am not alone in my sickness, I have all 4 of the original RX200's and the first RX 200S, I don't know if I want more 200S'S or to just buy the panels, but at least get the different color body's
Looking at that positive wire going to the 510, that looks pretty thin. Might be a worthwile upgrade to replace the wire while you're in there. Just a thought I've never had to take my DNA 200 apart but when I do have to if it's the same wire I may do that as well.

I think that I have 12 box mods now. I'm not at home so I cannot count them. I'll probably have 20+ by the time I'm done.
Buying for the vapocalypse! Plan on having everything that I need for the next 10 to 15 years except for flavors, cotton, batteries, within the next 3 months.
It's not going to the 510 it's different wires I think this are the pass through charging wires they are a lot thicker from 510 to board an board to battery bay ,the two wire as just from salad to boards for pass though I'm thinking , I seem the poz an neg wires they 3 +times thicker

I lost count after 20, And very well set for quite some years with nic, same goes for RTA's RDA's, I used to write down what I had so I did not re-order what I had or what was coming, I am one of the one that quit to save, but the quest to find the pefect set up is always getting better,
Its super easy to do, But I try to limit it to that each month.
I have 2 RX200 and 1 DNA200. I had recently won a 3rd RX200 in a giveaway, but I pif-ed it to a friend. Ha ha horders galore on here , I have been hording the liquids an the RTA tanks , buying the new 25mm ones since the TDP is trying to limit the sizes of them too Griffin25/ billow v3plus / OBS plus 25mm,an just awaiting limitless I joy the new set version , too, I have also ud bellus RTA the flavour from these tiny coils in ud bellus is unbelievably good , better than the ones I listed above so good I bought another to store incase I lose or break , seems to me like TDP regulation has already failed if everyone is already hording then it isn't stopping nothing
