Update- We got 2 510 top caps and it was easy peasy to replace them Ok I didn't do it myself but did watch my husband do it

I'd wear out the threads if I changed the top cap every time I changed cartos, which is 5 or 6 times a day. I'll just stick with adapters. I do have another top cap I could put on the Buzz and just leave it on there. I have one 510 threaded PV and the rest are 901.

Im gonna make a picture walkthrough for it. Step by step. Might even take apart the whole cap and get that assembly too. This way its a little more clear. Some people need to see it.

I am adding a picture tutorial for replacing the top cap

First you will see the following image again. I am starting with it to highlight its importance!

STEP 1

Your top cap
Loosen the top screw 1 turn

Step 2
Unscrewing the cap

Step 3
Opening it up
Carefully lift the cap after it is unthreaded. REMEMBER there is a wire attached.

Step 4
Removing the wire
HOLD the connector and remove the screw

Now swap caps and reverse the instructions to reassemble.
