Not yet, KitKit. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get a ruling (assuming they sent the letter). if I haven't heard anything from my Delegate in another week or so, I'll check with them. If they did send the request and haven't heard back, that might be good news. The acting AG deferred to the Health Dept. It's possible the new AG is actually considering the issue. I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear anything.
