Seven cigarettes today. But I didn't finish the last one. Small victories.
When the stakes are this high, small victories are big. Well done.Seven cigarettes today. But I didn't finish the last one. Small victories.
Giving up that first cigarette in the morning. One reason is that, first thing in the morning, I can't seem to vape. When I try, I cough as bad or worse than any cigarette ever made me do. Ironically, once I've had that first cigarette, I can vape away.
I had 8 cigarettes today. I find that I can vape myself to the point of making myself nicotine sick, and still want a cigarette. Increasingly, though, I've been able to fight back the urge to light up.
The smell for me now after 8 years is really bad. I can literally heav sometimes from the smell....stick in there buddyI can't seem to find any WTA that isn't already in someone else's ejuice. I'll stick with salt nicotine for now, thanks.
Four cigarettes today. It's getting easier. I just keep puffing on the vape. Then I frequently forget that I wanted a cigarette.
You'd think this would be easier. I don't find cigarettes terribly pleasurable, and I hate how they smell.
I like vaping. It's certainly more pleasant.
Tomorrow.

TASTEMAKER PURE
18mg unflavored.. you can add a few drops to a tank on top of your ejuice.. You may find that helpful
Hi! I don't know if it's been mentioned before, try some WTA urgently. You'll find you'll be smokeless in no time! So, I used to be a 0% vaper, looking for another habit to keep the tobacco demons at bay. It was fun and it worked. For two years I vaped 0%, and it helped me greatly in my battle to stay off cigarettes. But, a couple of years ago, the demons finally won, and I quit vaping and started smoking again.
I hate smoking. It's disgusting. So, I got my vape stuff out, and got some ejuice, and quickly found out that 6% just doesn't cut it. So I bought some nicotine, VG and some flavors. At 15%, I'm weaning off cigarettes fairly quickly. Before I restarted vaping, I was smoking 25-30 cigarettes a day. Two weeks later, I'm on my third day (with any luck) at under a half pack a day. The cigarettes keep looking worse by the day.
But only because I have a different nicotine delivery system to switch to.
When I was vaping before, I was quite active here at ECF for a while. When I returned recently, I realized, to my dismay, that I had no idea what my username was, or even which email account I had been using at the time.
Fighting dementia at age 58, I sometimes panic when I can't remember things like that. So I created a new ID, Electrodave. It's more appropriate than my old username, which, I finally remembered, was Taxguydave. I'm not a tax guy anymore. I'm a luthier who makes electric guitars.
I'm kickin' it old school with my school of Provari's, along with some nice Kabukis, Nautilus, and Subtanks. I just got a Nautilus 2 yesterday, and I'm in love. I want to get a 2S now.
I told myself I didn't need any new tanks or mods...

Thanks Dave. Schecter is one of the few companies I feel has great quality throughout their whole line up from the cheap guitars, up to the expensive ones.Hi Jim! Nice Schecter C you've got there. Love the 24 fret fretboard. I've owned a few Schecters over the years. Still have a Tempest Hellraiser. Nice pickups and hardware. The only thing I don't like about them is their necks tend to be a bit rounder than I've come to prefer. Really hard to find a better value among the major manufacturers.
I've been playing a bit more lately, with a mod on my amp!
Welcome back! My brother says I have too much vape gear... he has a “guitar problem”, according to my sister in law at least. This is just a few. His fav/Is that all? Man, you need just one more guitar...
