Hi everyone! I was just notified that our Rewards program was undergoing some site maintenance and upgrades yesterday. That is probably the reason for the wonkiness. They are currently working on the issues and should have everyone fixed up by the end of today. :)
I chatted with Katy for a second today on the site, about my chips going MIA (before coming here) and she told me this. I have to say that even though I was probably one in a long line of people asking the same thing she was very sweet and patient. Katy you rock!!!

We are wading through it - We took the rewards piece down until it's fully functional! Katy is so sweet, and patient - with customers. Not so patient with me though - I get on her nerves :)
