Ringing in ears and dizziness is likely about problems with your inner ear. I assume you don’t vape through your ears so I very much doubt it’s vaping related. See a doctor.
I went to the doctor yesterday.. and they suggested I stop vaping to see if it helps.. I’ve seen posts where people have had issues with their ears while vaping /:

Might be time to step down nic mg/ml, dizziness & ears ringing could be a symptom of too much nic.

Probably best to follow the doctor's recommendation.
it’s just so weird because i’ve been vaping 6 nic for so long.. it just happened with this certain juice I’ve been using.. I’ve always had ringing in my ears but not as constant as this

So follow your doctors instructions. Personally I doubt it will. Did they at least look in your ears or did you pull out that “vaping causes ear problems” silliness before they even got a look at you?

Just me, I naturally stepped down from 36 mg/ml to 3 mg/ml over time as my body told me it was time to make another nic reduction.

Tinnitus increase was just one of the various signs I needed to decrease nic intake.
I started out at 3 nic a year ago.. I’ll try going back to see if it helps

My ears ring all the time. All. The. Time. Let me count the possible causes....loud music, loud guns, loud motorcycles, no hearing protection...hmmm vaping has no effect on my ears. If my ears ever stopped ringng, id think i was dying.
That’s why I thought it was weird that the ringing got worse and then I started getting dizzy.. because i’ve been vaping so long and never had any problems.. my doctor said it could be a inner ear issue & vaping can just be a trigger..

Sounds more like Meniere’s disease which to my understanding can lead to deafness. I wouldn’t wait to see if vaping or lack of, clears your symptoms. Go get a second opinion and don’t bring up vaping until you are diagnosed. That way your doctor cannot give a biased opinion based on something he probably knows very little about.

What sort of kit are you using @Kylie Bauer ? Have you been using a DTL or MTL tank? I'm not a doctor, so the following should not be construed as medical advice, it is just based on personal experience and observations.
  1. As @bombastinator says, the most obvious medical explanation would be an inner ear infection, or possibly something else physical as others have mentioned. I assume the doctor hasn't found/diagnosed anything untoward, which suggests he/she is just as much in the dark as to the root cause
  2. From personal experience, if I go over the top on cigarettes, I can get quite light headed and dizzy, with a buzzing (rather than a ringing) in my ears. It is debatable weither this is down to excess nic levels, lowered oxygen levels or both, but OD'ing on nicotine is a distinct possibility IMO. The type of dizziness is also a clue here, there is a difference between feeling the room spinning due to being light headed, and the full-on inner-ear car crash that will affect your balance, cause you to stagger and possibly throw up. The latter I've had a few times due to sea-sickness, and it is a totally different feeling from the former
  3. Your skull has an intricate set of passages both to the sinuses, the nose and ears. One of the reasons I'm not too taken with MTL vaping is the lack of an airy draw when I suck on the mouthpiece. Not only can I not get sufficient air/drugs into my lungs, but the pressure imbalance almost causes my ears to pop (like that experience you get on aircraft where you can only clear your ears by pinching your nostrils shut and breathing out due to the change in pressure). If you are pulling heavily on the vape, this could be a contributing factor. If you have a sinus infection, this too can cause the symptoms you are experiencing. The tell tale signs are pain just above the bridge of the nose and the lower part of the middle of the forehead
It is all down to the process of elimination, I'm afraid - which is what your doctor is attempting to do in suggesting you come off the vape for a bit. I personally don't believe it is vaping per se that is causing your problems, although your technique, and personal circumstances (e.g. nic tolerance) may have a role to play.

Good luck in getting to the bottom of it, @Punk In Drublic has the right idea - your health is too precious to mess with.

Thank you for your reply! I’m sure i’m a DTL.. I have the Smok T priv and I use the baby beast tank.. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.. But at first before I had the symptoms I did feel like I was just light headed from vaping.. I thought I was just really buzzed.. because I do vape a lot.. So I didn’t think anything of it but then it turned into my ears ringing, & the dizziness.. I hope it’s just an infection and I can get it treated, and not Ménière’s disease. I don’t think it’s from vaping because i’ve been vaping for over a year and never had issues. But I have seen articles where they say PG can cause hearing problems.. I don’t know I just wanted other opinions

have you had your blood pressure measured. Just asking because those 2 symptoms I know when having low blood pressure.

I’ve been vaping for over a year now.. I vape pretty often on a smok t priv with only 6 nic PG 30% & VG 70%
and for the past few weeks I started having ringing in my ears and then it turned into dizziness along with my ears ringing.. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem

Most who vape DTL usually do so at something like 3mg/ml nic. The nic in a cloud is much more potent/concentrated than the nic in a small puff just because you are inhaling more volume. That said, if you have been doing that for a year with 6mg nic in your juice there may be other causes. Try 0 nic juice for a while as a test.

There's always the possibility that you were sold juice that was mislabeled, especially since you've been vaping for a year with no problems. Were you a former smoker? If so, you should be able to vape higher nic juice without issues. If you never smoked, all bets are off.

More info may be needed.
