That is one good thing about Virginia, they are not allowed to attach anything to a bill that doesn't have anything to do with the title. I am astounded by what lawmakers try to get by with!

Has to be some sort of clerical error. That section stands alone in the entire document as relating to any type of disease or illness. Somebody goofed and nobody bothered to proofread. Which figures, for government.

So VD includes any condition caused by VD? That's a pretty circular definition.
Not sure how it relates to criminal law, unless it is in a section about knowingly spreading VD, but the definition seems...redundant?
