Hey Ecf!,

I have tons of sub ohm tanks, and RDA's, honestly i'm over the whole massive cloud phase in my vaping life. I enjoy building and I want to buy a solidly made, easy to build on RTA with the following requirements,

1. Doesn't suck up a full tank of juice in an hour (I use 50/50 to 70/30 ejuice)
2. Flavor priority
3. Medium vapor production from a medium length draw
4. Doesn't leak
5. Easy to re-fill
6. Easy to build on

I currently use GeekVapes Avocado RDTA with 24g 316L Stainless Steel Wire in TC mode on my DNA200 Hcigar VT200; this setup is my current favorite but i have to re-fill it around 3-4 times a day, so 9-12ml a day. I'd really enjoy something similar but pocket friendly and bigger tank then 3ml.

The most pocket friendly tank i have is the tobeco kayfun 4. It is the only tank I have which will not leak a drop when left on its side.

It also fulfills all your criterias imo
I appreciate the response and your opinion, i would like a velocity style deck (forget to mention) but if its not possible with my other main needs, i will be keeping this as an option. Thank you.

I'm just on my first tank so I'm not sure if my experience is much helpful, but I'm really pleased with my Kanger Toptank mini & the included RBA.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for but it does seem to meet all your requirements.
not a big fan of the (rba included) i prefer the built in, made for building RTA's/RDTA's.

I was thinking Kayfun 3 or 4. You'd get 4.5ml juice capacity. Anything above 15W is going to eat juice at a high rate.

Velocity style deck is going to lock it in to one style.

Check out www.VaporRange.com for low priced deals on lots of rebuildables. Also look at www.VapeNW.com and www.101Vape.com

They are all West coast vendors with low prices for lots of choice in rebuildables.

Are the Kayfuns worth the $100 price tags? I have an old Russian 91% from almost 3 years ago, clone of course, thing is sitting my trunk of old tanks.. maybe i should get it out lol

Nope. But, the clones from EHPro and Tobeco are solid and well constructed. At the sites I linked above you can find great RTA's and RDA's for $10 and $20 each. I don't know how they sell them that low, but they do. Kayfun clones sell for about $10 to $15 at those sites, especially VaporRange. Right now, they aren't fully stocked after the Chinese new year. I've been checking daily for restock to occur on some of those.

Pull the Kayfun out and coil it up! The 4 has a little better flavor than the 3, but not by that much. The 3 is easier to disassemble than the 4, but the 4 is designed so that you can invert it and remove the coil deck without the juice escaping. That's a plus.

There's also the Lemo Drop and the Orchid. The main difference in the Orchid V2 V3 V4 is juice capacity. Billow V2 is hot right now. Check out the YouTube video reviews for all the details.

Are you looking for single or dual coil?

Ether, i actually own the Wotofo Serpent Single RTA tank but the wicking is a real pain in the a*s, it ether leaks or it gets dry hits, i can't seem to get a perfect setup on it yet. I've watched Grimm Greens video on it too and Mike Vapes and even then after a day or two, ether burnt hit or leakage !

nice response, i'll pull the Kayfun out later tonight and i keep hearing people recommending the Billow V2 and the Lemo Drop... do they stand a chance against Kayfun's in flavor and vapor?

Ocala, Fl
LD, check out the nearby Real Deal and the Attack of the Clones threads. There are a slew of YouTube videos for the real deal and a few for the clones.

Everyone seems to like it, there's not even many whining about it only holding 2 ml. It appears they
simplified earlier models, less pieces and the build seems nearly foolproof and easy peasy, and for me, BOTH of those are important.

The reports are the clones are made nicely too, especially the SXK model.

If my GS Airs (at $3 each) weren't working so well, and I wasn't so used to rebuilding those coils, Oh,
and I actually had some money for vape stuff, I'd have already ordered 3 of them myself.

There is also a 3.5 ml model called the Mini v3 Plus.

get an Aromamizer and mod it to do single coil like this

mod 3.jpg
mod 4.jpg

its vapes realy well and good on juice depending on coil size and power used

if you still want lots of clouds and guzzle juice it can still be done like this
mod 8.jpg
mod 9.jpg

if used sensibly with coils upto 4 and 4.5mm its a very nice vape and does well on juice and holds 6ml so it can last a while between refills.

just another idea its what i have been using for the last month plenty of flavor

if you dont want to drill the extra juice hole you dont need to if you will be using small coils around 3.5mm and under just cover the two under new post position with a small piece of silicone rubber or tuck wick under and around new post position .

if the covered holes are not covered with wick or a blanking shim it will of course leak

when done correctly no leaks ever

i did a thread on it here Aromamizer Single Coil Set-up With a TWIST

Get yourself 2 bachelor tanks.
This is what I was thinking. Easy wicking big deck, 5ml, easy top fill, super flavor.

The Billow V2 and the Lemo Drop are high air flow tanks. The Lemo Drop has an easy air flow adjustment in the base that's accessible without draining the juice. The Billow V2 has an adjustable ring around the base that opens and closes the air intake. It's air flow control is like the Original Lemo.
