WAHOO!!! Got my defcon mini this evening!!! Great vapor, great flavor, I'm enjoying it, very airy draw though. I'm pretty sure that's not unusual with genesis atomizers though. I may try to restrict that air hole a bit though.

Congrats! Mine showed up today also. I've hear that genesis atty's tend to be airy. Covered half the hole with a piece of tape, seems to be working well.

Now I could be wrong here, but not only does the slim look like a sexier version of the defcon (naked, without metal) but it also looks easier to build and has fewer places it could leak. If this is all correct, it might just be my next purchase from chopper. Any news on glass tanks vs plastic? Is that supplier coming through?

I hope so. Glass on these tanks would be nice. I do like the color on this atomfor some reason and im not a color person. I do agree the mini looks sexy.

all i can say, i've not had a single problem with the atom.

Seems to be the nature of the Gene type atties. You will get used to it however and will prefer it over time. It's airy because we are so used to sucking like hell in order to get something going lol. I have learned to fire it up and wait a couple of seconds and start to vape. Also - if you can turn the top - try different hole positions. When I first started off, I had the hole in line with the wick - mind you this is on another atomizer (Zenesis). It will change the draw/air and heat of the vape.
