@ kwalka - gotta agree with you on grits, lol!since being transplanted to va i've learned to enjoy all kinds of greens but grits are beyond me!
I have had them sitting on the menu in front of me just lacked the fortitude to well actually order them lol

Ok boys and girls, you lured me back in with all the chow talk. Chopper this is my 1,000 post. I just started a fire over in the wick safety thread, but I had to come back here to give you my 1000th. We/I said the other day you will always remember your first, well now you get to remember my 1000th. Thats right I'm a post ho. Can I say that? I guess we'll find out. Now that I'm proof reading what I wrote I just came up w a new word for Jeff Foxworthy. Post ho. You know when your putting up a fence and you need to dig a hole for a post, you go get your postho digger and dig your hole.
Ok thats about all I've got for improv, I hope I get a star next to my name or something for this. I'm going to go back to the other thread and see idf I can get in trouble right after this milestone. BTW, 6 days till 6 months of smokefree!!!!

Not that I knew you was having a problem until I just saw this post.Can you PM and tell more as it worked just fine when shipped.Look around the bottom post on your connector.Make sure the center pin is not touching the ring around it.Also try and back the DC off just a tad and try it then.How do you know the connections good if its not firing?Or do you mean by connection is good by its screwed down onto your PV and is making a connection.
Also muddstar make sure the post are not touching the side of the walls where the post are coming up from the silicone plug.
I got my Defcon Mini today, and it's working good. I had to pull out the mesh and oxidize it better, and make a new coil. The longest lead needed about 1mm snipped off, so I could get a drip tip into it. The top of the lead was touching the cap when I would stick a tip on it. All in all it's not bad for the $55 I paid for it. Here is a vapor production video:

I've got about 6 hours of vaping my first Defcon Mini, & it's working great!
Whatever you did to fix the leak problem is working on mine.
I'm already needing a refill, but it's because I've been vaping the heck out of it!
