Have you noticed how interesting, unusual, and often weird some of our screen names are here on ECF (and I certainly include my own silly one). How do people come up with some of these? What do they mean?
Well, I'll explain mine if you explain yours.
DonDaBoomVape: My first name is Don; I am the oldest of the Baby Boomers; and I love to vape. So: Don, the boomer who vapes ... shortened to Don the Boom vape ... then 'the' changed to 'da' to have it all roll trippingly off the tongue. And, in my signature, I add: "...bum, bum!" to fulfill the beat of: shave and a haircut...two bits.
Your turn!
Afterthought: Don't hesitate to explain your avatar, as well ... especially if your screen name is boringly straightforward.
Mine is a stock photo I found in a search of such images for the words: 'debonair' and 'cigarette.' I'm not really debonair (other than in fantasy), but I like the style of those who are (think David Niven). That long cigarette holder conveys my primary PV: a penstyle. Come to think of it, one of the things I like about the penstyle is that it is...debonair. My wife and I refer that that e-cig as "Ellie" (for elegant).
