Well I used lightgeoduck on a religious forum way back in the day light(knowledge) geo(world) Duck(well that is where the plot thickens hehe)

I like word cames(even though I can't spell hehe) like the game first last (or something like that) lightgeo and geoduck it was really funny on a religious forum...because for some odd reason noone knows what a geoduck is.... hint it isn't a duck hehe... I just have a warped sense of humor....and its more to amuZe myself (since I am my number 1 fan hehe)

I Know what a geoduck is ;). LOL, you do have a warped sense on humor.

mine is a derived from a couple of things. After my bestfriend commited suicide after lung cancer was killing him I went into a downward spiral of depression. This is when I embrassed anything that wasnt part of the social norm. I was also sick and tired of logging onto aol (yes this was when aol was the only way to go with internet) and getting 20 ims. At that point in my life I was currious as to the ocult and found the necromonican. Suhrim is one of the names in that spell book. I found an inner strength when I read what was written about him. I will prob say it wrong but this is the best I can remember. Call upon thy name only when innament danger to life or limb, for I am the one who controls all other names in this book. calling upon my name for any other reson will render every name in this book useless.

After reading that I realized that I alone had the power to control how my life was. I realized that no matter what happens in this life to always stand tall.

also I wanted a s/n that would confuse people and it worked a couple of times I got ims asking if i spoke english. then no ims except for friends. since then the ending to the name changed a few times the last time I changed it was when I was 21 now I am 27

Friends daughter asked me how old I was. She was perhaps 6 at the time.

She - Are you older than my mommy?
Me - Yes
She - Are you older than.... George Washington
Me - Oh yes

This continued for awhile, ya know how kids can get the game thing going. She popped off several more things and people...

She - Are you older than a dinosaur
Me - Oh yes!
She - Are you older than..... a fossil.
Me - Uh-huh
She - (In total 6 year old sincerity) Well than.... you must be older than dirt!

No one else in the room, after they all quit laughing, owned up to putting her up to it.

mine came from those blasted hanna-barbera cartoons... :D. a shortened variation of my last name...Augustine. or people call me Augie Doggie as well. My father was called that, I was (and still to this day will probably more likely answer to that then my actual first name) and I my son is now called that too :)

I first got my name as WacoReaper Since i was Born in Waco, Texas. Everyone pretty well known about the famous psycho people where all the people dyed. So it was a good way to psyhic people out in competive gaming. in my late teens i started drinking a lot (To much) so friends called me DrunkWaco. Or DrunkWacko if they wanted to get a responds out of me.
My avatar is the Logo for Starcraft2 the next game that I will be throwing away my life for. Once it comes out of course

Saiyge - (like the herb, just not spelled the same)

I like things that have double meanings. I was changing names not just on screen, but also as far as personae go. (I used to do alot of set building/dressing and freeform for Ren Faires) Sage is 13th cent. Welsh, dont ask me to show a reference for it because I wont be able to :) But when I was hunting down a new name, I found it in some birth/death records online and adapted it to suit.

Sage is varied, and has many uses... Purification, grounding etc. Or... it can mean an older, wiser person (in my perception) There are alot of other things tied into the name itself, but when I came across it in those genealogy records, it was like kismet.

I took the name when I desperately needed some grounding and was in a state of transformation.... but that is another story.

this started somewhere (not sure where now) when I just needed a new name, this was a random name based on the first thing I looked around and saw, which was a rechargeable battery supply with the brand name "Whistler" on it, but Whistler was taken so I made it with two r's instead of 'er' and I've been more secretly (until now) using it as a username for more things people can't see

but for places people can see I was/am 'droopy' (or drooopy or however many o's I need to add.. I'm droooooopy in one place I think),

when I very first got on the internet I was most often BeatleBug or BeatleBug9 etc but that became taken too often, before that I went by just my first name (which didn't work out very well, found it safer smarter not to use my first name).

'droopy' is short for an affectionate series of nicknames my sister gave me when we were kids (the ones that started with droopy anyway).

I've had a lot of other online nicknames but those are just a few of the main ones.

I used to play roller derby, and Dolly Shot was my skate name. Now, I do burlesque under the same name, hence the photo. I'm a pretentious film geek, and Dolly Shot is a cute nickname based on the film term: Simply, when you put a camera on a dolly for a shot. ;) This made more sense in derby I guess because I was actually on wheels.

Also:

John Cassavetes has always been one of my favorite filmmakers.

SWEET.
