Thank you. So the pos post which is very hot goes through the nylon screw. How does the nylon withstand the high temperature? Also how do you fill the ss tanks? Is it any top access hole or one has to remove it and use the mesh hole for filling.
I know you do not have time for a full sketch or rendering, but from your explanations I hope to get a better image.
Michael

There are not really any "High" temperatures unless you run it dry, then things can get hot. The one in the prototype has not had any problems. I see BStedh has answered the rest.

Ok about the BFG, asdaq was correct. It stands for Bottom Feed Genny or genisis. This is a replacable coil atomizer designed for bottom fed PVs. Since it does not require a tank it is quite small. It will interesting to see how it performs on a REO.
Here are some pics:

And a vid:
I do not own a bottom feeder PV, so I had to drip instead, the etra wick hangs down and soaks up what hits the coil and runs down. The center tube prevents liquid from going back into the juice resivor. We will see how it works when my tester reports back. I think this is the first of its kind. Ok on to the show!

Ok vid in the next post... messing with the pics, everything is overlapped.

Very nice. Every time I see BFG I think of the days I used to play Doom....man I'm getting old.

I want to ask an off-topic question please.

In my personal experience a bigger juice tank is actually not so good. The reason for this statement is the following:

When I vape my favourite juice (Peanut flavoured VG, 24mg) and I do it for too long a period the taste disappears? Not sure if anyone else experience this problem too? It must have something to do with my taste buds or smell - either way, it definitely has something to do with vaping the same liquid for too long. It happens with all the flavour I vape.

Now, if you have a tank that holds say more than 5ml you're going to suck on the same juice for a very long time. I vape maybe 2 to 3ml a day.

Is that a good thing? I see a tendency to make the juice holding capacity bigger and bigger. Some prefer smaller and some bigger.

I'm curious to know if anyone else also have this flavour deterioration problem?

I prefer my tanks to hold 2ml or even slightly less. That way I can clean them once a day and change flavour without wasting any of the juice or have a too bulky set up.

Dan, I like the size of the BFG. Nice work man! You must be so glad you invested in that lathe?

I've got the problem! If I'm too into a juice I'll vape it until I can't taste it any longer and then I get real sad. More and more I try to have at least two flavors on me for the day so I can switch them up from time to time. I love my ScubaGen but 10ml's is a massive quantity of juice to behold and to vape, but I think that's part of the ScubaGen's charm, vape it till you can't taste it.

I agree, after a bit I can't taste juice anymore either and have to switch over. Thats why I prefer smaller tank mods.
