Ya gave your secret away, Roly. Some months back, I warned a member about sending obscenities in cw. But I didn't tell him that you knew the language. lol. I had figured that you knew the code, when I asked you if it was alright to put my sig in code. Your reply was "OK -.-" That was the giveaway.

LOL. Google Translate has its limitations--for example, I typed "You're welcome" to translate from English to Spanish, and I got: "Usted es bienvenido." Now, even I know a better translation would be "De nada."
Today I'm thinking German. I'm definitely staying away from Morse Code.
Julie, Google does a literal translation, instead of the more commonly used terms in a particular language.
Even Morse Code has it's own way of saying things, as you can see by my post. -.- (k = end of transmission).

i'm no Spanish grammar expert, but I think it's:

or

I believe the verb has to follow the negative...
