Elendil is going to move our great posts? I'm emotionally wounded !!! :glare::p

Actually, El, you can just trash mine.

It's a fun way to pass the time in between bits of news, and I'm grateful that we're given the freedom to play a bit . . . but it's also nice to have the janitor come in every once in awhile and clean the decks, especially when some news is on the horizon. Seems to me it's a very nice balance that's been struck. :)

I agree with Jerry--Elendil has my permission to trash my daily updates and silly posts as well. :) He's been following this thread long enough that he knows the difference between the silly and extraneous and the serious stuff. ;)

Since I was a noob Julie, I was a regular on the old SE vs FDA thread. It's going to take a while for me to get used to the new ways.:D

Lord, you talk like you're 100 years old, Jerry. ;) I'm an old dog, but I'm good at learning new tricks, and I suspect you are as well. :toast:

well on that JJ...i can say its been fun watching this thread. in the olden days it had to be so serious and well gloomy...no offence Sun...the by play was needed, though i do miss the SunVapor putting out explaining goverment red tape and legal procedings.

with the FDA being Big Pharma`s pit bull or employee, a little blowing steam and joking is human nature...

so in that vain, JJ, hows about going out for a drink, a drink before the brief to J. leon drink? i got a set of ScrewDrivers with some aw batts...20 or so e-liquids...

ps. jonathan w. emord just might be my new hero...

The WLF brief provides great arguments from the legal angle, while the other brief provides great arguments from the harm reduction angle. Together these two briefs really provide a lot of ammunition.

And so good to see the harm reduction heavyweights weigh in on that surprise brief.

I was thinking the same thing DC2. The "heavyweights" on our side, should neutralize the "alphabet groups", if not overwhelm them.

think it wasn't so much from the legal angle than it was from the presidence and past rulings that apply angle...and pointing out how the FDAs stance on this is far different than their stance in the past..
I thought that was a legal angle, but I'm no legal beagle.
I leave that stuff to my wife.
