Sedansa –BAD Customer service

i ordered sedansa e-cigarette a week ago, item is not delivered yet (my location is inside EU ), so , i wrote them an email on 3 different contact: if they could confirm the shipment or provide some tracking number – no any respond! Even before getting the product i became suspicious if they could/will take care for the promises about “5 years warranty” and “30 days money back”; or maybe it’s a simple advertisement trick which make us overpay sedansa products?
ps. By the way e-liquid, which I ordered from e-cig china; the same day as sedansa, already arrived .
pss. I notice that sedansa sponsoring this forum,(and I like and appreciate this forum very much),
But what is an intention of it? If they are not able to respond the customers? just another promotion :evil:

1 week after payment and confirmation email that my order was shipped, I have received an email from sedansa , that at the moment they did not have a flavor which I ordered and asking for another choice. I am really surprise from such attitude to the customers : they except the payment, they confirm the shipment , but they made nothing, even not respond for email promptly. :evil: So I am requesting money back now, will see how it go…
So , I cant say anything about sedansa product itself, but I get a very bad first impression from them. I do purchase a lot by internet service around Europe and US, but first time I met such bad attitude.

I've had my Sedansa for two and half months now and I think it is well made and works very well. I do agree however that their customer service needs some work. I had to send several email requests and wait a week to confirm that I was not going to be charged any VAT.

hi mark! yes, probably it could be a good product; but you know: "we cant change the first impression", i already request money back; hope i dont have to deal with them for ages about it. isnt it strange-the company, which suppose to deal with the new modern product had a reaction of a "last century". I believe that we can find another good quality ecig company without wasting the energy and time for the bad service. actually i did not ask even about the VAT, which also have to be a case (im in EU). tnx
