Yep that's who I got it from, they have 7 not counting mine that are fried and pioneer has had it "under investigation" for the last few weeks. I chose to 350ize mine vice return.
I banged up my tube a little figuring out how to 350ize it and asked kustomvapes if he would sell me one of the many defunct ones he has so I can replace my tube now that I know how to do it without banging it up and he sent me one free of charge for sharing my findings with him. Kudos to kustomvapes, thank you. Now I can replace my banged up tube.
Not a bad idea. I just contacted him about buying one as well, thanks for the tip. Mine is pretty much trashed, almost impossible to get the battery cap on or off now, and it's all scratched up from my stunt with the bench vice. I may just keep it for a mech, and hopefully get a burned out tube from KV or someone else if I can't from him. I'm even thinking about trying to cram one of the new Raptors in mine, maybe putting the pot through the button hole and converting it to bottom fire.I banged up my tube a little figuring out how to 350ize it and asked kustomvapes if he would sell me one of the many defunct ones he has so I can replace my tube now that I know how to do it without banging it up and he sent me one free of charge for sharing my findings with him. I have a brass monkey RDA which has two coils in parallel. Would I be safe with two 1.5 ohm coils, that should give 0.75 ohms? I have been running two tiny 2 ohm 33 guage coils so I want to try to dip into the sub ohm range for a try. I know 0.75 ohms is close to 0.7 but is it too close?
I second this. Mine was fine at .8, it wasn't until I started vaping at around .5 that my chip crapped out, and even then it took a few weeks. That's fine its the .5 you don't want to get close to.
I blew my original out with a Kanger AeroTank Giant on the .8 subohm coils...
But it may have been the 510 connector in the Aerotank rather than the resistance of the coils...

So I recently swapped out the SX300 in my Seven30 mod for the SX350. Everything went fine except I'm haveing issues when using a 2 ohm build the screen flashes "Check Battery" even if battery is fully charged. And when holding the firing button the wattage will changed constantly from 50 watts to 10 watts repeatedly, along with large voltage drops... Any ideas??

This thread is invaluable to anyone working with this chip. It's actually run by the Varitube supplier, and if you're willing to scroll through the hundreds of posts, there's some awesome information. Dunno why I didn't think to link it before.Check this sx350 varitube thread for help.I had the same problems on my sx350 box mod from bad battery contacts and using to thin of wire.
