Another from San Jose checking in. It's great to see so many participating in the forums here.
I just finished building a Magnum mod (ala MadDog) for my M401, and I'm loving it. I've also been mixing flavors and juices (not going to try nic extraction - waaay too risky for me), and have been really enjoying it.
I've already converted a couple of my friends to part-time e-ciggers, but so far I'm the only one of us completely off analogs. Two weeks and change tobacco-free, and I'm loving it (although I'm spending more on gear than I ever did on smokes)!

I bought a 401 at the Haight Ashbury tabacco shop a few weeks ago for $60 and finished off my Bali-shag a couple days later and haven't had a cigarette since. I found the same "e-cigarette" brand at Pager City/smoke shop on 16th and Mission for $40 and refill carts are $5 for a pack of 5 if anyone is in need of a quick fix. I live in the Inner Sunset and love the fact that I can go hiking in Golden Gate park without craving a cigarette.
