You can get the vapor rub at most pharmacy, 7-11, supermarkets etc.

Rub on your nose if you have a blocked nose, it should clear it in no time. If it doesn't try,to boil some water, stick ur face above the hot water with the stove OFF. Works really well when I have sinus or a blocked nose.

Yeah. My doc told me to put a teaspoon of it inside hot water n cover myself with blanket and breath in the fumes. Works like a charm.
