Does EM have some sort of discount deal with EMS resulting in the free shipping but also getting the lowest rung of EMS service?
I selected EMS as a paid option when I ordered some stuff from e-cigarette-mart.com. They shipped on March 1st and was able to track the order by march 4th - it arrived at my home on March 9th without issues.
I order from EM on March 2nd and got a confirmation email on March 3rd that my order (8400) had shipped.
It's now March 11th (actually it will be March 12th in 10 minutes here in Oz) and the EMS shipping number I got from EM is still not displaying any results.
I'm not upset I havnt recieved anything yet (I know it may well be sitting in Oz customs) but I'm really not happy that I still can't track after 9 days!
What gives? Has anyone else had problems with EMS tracking numbers from EastMall?
