I got my EMS airbill # the day after I placed my order. Easy to find by going to My Account. I waited a day or so and then I started tracking through USPS and it left China yesterday. I placed my order on the 10th. My Indulgence is on the way! Should I feel guilty?

Day 19:

I was about to write some more stuff in this thread about me sitting out by my letterbox waiting anxiously for my package to arrive. Which obviously is a gross exaggeration (No it's not) and I realised that this here is an historical document designed to be read by people in the future, so I just wanted to say a few things to those people:
1. Hello future person.
2. Do people from your time have jetpacks yet? (don't bother answering, I won't be able to read your answer until I'm in the future too)(Which is now)
3. I just wanted to point out that, although I seem to be having an extremely long wait to receive my package, these are unusual circumstances and the good people at Eastmall are, in no way, to blame for this. In fact Di, David and Mudman (I suspect, not his real name) have been very helpful behind the scenes and I am sure they are doing all that they can to remedy the problem.
The information I have gleaned is that there was a snap inspection at customs in China. My package was lucky enough to have been scooped up in that.
Add to this the hassles they are experiencing with their server/email and I would imagine they are burning the midnight oil at the Eastmall HQ.
So, to sum up, Yes it's taking a long time and yes the service at Eastmall has been impeccable under the circumstances.
My suggestion: Get the girl from R&D (who did the indulgence video) To explain the situation using only her hands.
Thankyou for your time please carry on enjoying the future and maybe I'll see you when I get there.

what bothers me more is thinking of the possibility of a custom agent ripping through my package and seeing the indulgence and out of curiosity decides to use it and likes and keeps it. while flaunting my PT to all his friends.

You know but here's how I've been thinking, instead of spread out for an extended term massacre, mayhem and terror on the mental tranquility sector of the white / (and for some grey matter ) others, well, not so much, erm anyhowz, lol were getting slapped down pretty hard, kinda like a bad sports game

It'll be behind us soon And we can enjoy the new site, and new products and features that might be in the works, and a whole new way of you contacting , and dealing with eastmall customer service.

w00t! this thing rocks on the 6v! The platinum titanium is very cool looking and the passthrough is just.... AWESOME! very well designed, the center post is spring loaded so it will ensure a good connection always, I am stoked.... well worth the wait for sure.
I Have been fooling around on 7.4v waiting for the 6v batts, and it was not so good..... burnt and hot, but with these LiFePo4 batts, it is a real treat!
I tried the PT briefly and it seems great, but quickly went back to the 6v setup so I can try to flatten them so I can test the Indulgence recharger with them.
Sorry MB, Zyka and Badkolo. (and anyone else waiting) but I cant keep such joy too myself!
I might go take some pics, just to confirm this is no figment.

Every day I put my tracking number into the EMS search and every day I get nothing (except some red chinese characters and an ! mark).

It's day 13 now and I have no idea where it is - this is starting to really really piss me off.

Guess what's in my hot lil' hand righ now? It's silver and oooh so pretty! I don't know why I should have such luck that it took only 5 days from day I ordered to delivery. That has to be some sort of record! I'm still in shock here...

I do wish, however, that the PT included a "collar" for the adapters (it does not) so one doesn't have to switch it back and forth between the bat and PT. I hope David will consider offering the "collars" for sale independently. What *do you* call them anyway?

Zyka, this is probably known to everyone but me lol but thought I'd mention it just in case it could also have something to do with the problem you're experiencing. I just went back and toyed with the EMS tracking # from my recently received shipment (which I didn't track via EMS at the time, since it was already in our USPS system by the time I first checked). I noticed that I would also get nothing but the error you describe, UNTIL I enabled cookies first before going to the EMS site; and then of course I also had to take the "EMS Verification Code" that's displayed in a colored box underneath the area where you see that error, and type it into the box provided underneath in the "Single Shipment Tracking" area. Then click the "Track" button. Only then did it work for me at all.

Here's another tracking-related snafu that I wanted to mention to EM, but this one couldn't apply to you Zyka, since your tracking link is at least getting you to the EMS site itself. Mine wasn't, until I corrected it: In the tracking link EM sent me (near end of Feb), there were two periods after the 'ems' part instead of just one, so "ems..com.cn". That of course just brought up browser error messages until I noticed what the problemo was.

Well, I frackin frickin freakin feel for ya Zyka and others, best wishes for imminent delivery!
