I just placed another order and realized that it's Easter next weekend and that will delay my delivery.

Di or Mudman, is there anything you can do to move Easter this year so my package gets here earlier?

Just noticed that daylight saving ends this weekend too which means it will get here sooner... or later... I don't know... I'm confused.

Also, I have learned my lesson and am not going to go out and sit next to my letterbox this time, that's just silly.
I have brought my letterbox into my loungeroom.

OMG, excellent Idea, MB, no more walking down the driveway to get the mail, it will be right there in the lounge room when you wake up,

I have to go all the way down to the post office and get mine,

I now have my Indulgence (a beautiful little machine by the way, I will definitely get titanium too when available).

Everything went fast and clean, thank you EM.

Some small issues I have, I believe will be handled well by EM. Haven't tried EM's customer support by now but everybody says the best so I have no real worries

OK, 17 days in chicago customs, moving fast into 3 weeks in customs, I already got my other orders, took supplier in US 2 days and another supplier in China 4 days from orders to delivery. Now it is more than 1 month since I ordered from East mall and paid to now, and still no supplies. I think I am ready to switch to other suppliers now, I am running very impatient starting today. Chicago customs must dislike you, guys very much.

7 Business days since the 19th ---

and in our terms we do ask you to allow 10 business days for delivery -----

Well sort of 'got my package'. nobody was at home to receive the package so it is now in the post office. Oh my, hope i can reach the post office before it was closed. else it will have to stay there for another day.

it left China after 4 - 5 days as we can see -----

ordered = 14th departed to international flight = 19th

after that, it is in the hands of your USA customs-----

we are as much at their mercy as you are --------

if there is no further tracking after departure to international flight - this usually means that it has not been scanned in by customs in the USA port of entry-----

they have a massive workload and sometimes they do take time to get it done ----

when it gets out of USA customs, it will be up to USPS to track it for you ------ sometimes they fall down on the job also---
we have had many-- many packages arrive at your homes without showing any tracking from USPS at all.

We do our best to get your packages out of China and onto the international flights for delivery as fast as we can ----

it is in our own best interest to do this ----

we have no control once it leaves China.............

we can only pray and track like you ----

well I have one that was about the same time, and says the same thing yours does. And the last one says the same thing lol

Dispatched I think can mean "we have scanned it but it is sitting here waiting for someone to notice it" or simply in line as the rest of them. Or, it is floating on the ocean, or flying in the sky , and will be scanned at the port in customes.

I also ordered my latest purchase from EM (order 8857) on the 22nd - It is doing exactly the same strange thing as yours - showed up quite quick in tracking after 3-4 days, but there has been nothing since despatch from Guangzhou.

Guangzhou is the international exit port from China and on all my other orders tracking showed it reached Australia with 1-2 days.

It's now 4 days, so maybe the plane is taking the 'scenic route' to get downunder.

Heaven forbid, -- but it could also be that it is undergoing a complete medical examination in Aussie customs,

we do not usually have any problems with customs here,

with hardware and juice getting thru all the time easily and safely,

untouched by greasy customs fingers--

but you just never know ------
