I'm a Brit. What's all this 16 day business? Will I still be able to buy from Reo's mods online or do I have to find a uk seller?
It is FDA Deeming date here in US. On 8-8 all vape products are now tobacco products so depending on the state selling or buying in could have increased tax. My state has 25% on tobacco products but they are talking about a 66% tax so prices will go up.

The taxes apply to the place you are shipping to, for internet sales. I am responsible for CT sales tax on internet purchases. I wouldn't pay CA tax on an item that shipped from that state to me in CT. I don't think vendors add any tax to items shipping overseas. You may be responsible for tax on your end, if there is one.

I'm heading to Afghanistan. I have a feeling that on 8 Aug I will be sitting on a carpet making :censored: conversation, but thinking that I should have ordered more of something vape-related.

Stay Safe!!!

You should be good shipping to UK.
US customers will most likely need to pay extra for age verification. Tax will depend on the state.
Rob has plenty in stock, and for the near future.
However if US regs stand, who knows what Rob will do? Close up shop? Sell only to the rest of the world?
You can e-mail him any questions.
More P67s will be available within a week or two.

Ok well I try and let taxes totally ride over my head but will Reo increase the price of stock as well, or just for consumers buying from the United States?

Basically should I buy it within 16 days.

    Thanks
I actually don't know. I was reading Maine's tobacco products laws and it seems he would need to apply for a manufacture's license, and I have no idea if he would Appy to FDA. We really do not know how long any of our US makers will hang on. Between FDA and the state laws it is getting difficult. Now if the pedicate date moves to 8-8-16 we will be good because all products now on the market will be accepted and can have an easier time. But we have no clue that will pass either.

As far as I can tell, Maine defines tobacco products as cigarettes and roll your own. No mention of including e-cigs. So unless they change the definition, there is nothing on the books. There's a really easy way to figure out the status for REOs mods. Shoot Rob an e-mail and ask!

Cigarettes are not a tobacco product in Maine but everything else is, chew, pipe, cigars, tobacco flour, sweepings, etc. Once FDA says vape is a tobacco product, will states automatically have to include vape if they don't have vape laws in the books?? Will they change their laws to include vape? No one really knows.

No, it's not an automatic "the FDA says so". Should they choose to, each state may pass their own legislation regarding taxing the products, and any further state level regulations on sale or distribution.
