This has been an incredibly informative read, and I'm glad stuck with it and read every page. I only started vaping yesterday, so I've got this feeling that I started too late, that just when I get to the point where I'm comfortable and knowledgeable and analog-free? It may all be taken away from me!

Yes, I joined CASAA, and will be pushing my vaping friends to do so as well.

I've been vaping for 7-8 yrs in the US, and 2-3 times a year someone's trying to bad it from a city, a region, or a state. They're always trying, but the ECIG community always has an answer.

Now that Marlboro and some other major cigarette companies are starting to sell their own ECIG lines, I doubt we have to stock up on everything. The popular our community gets, the harder it will be for the Feds to regulate or ban eJuice.

.....................Hey man !

As consumers we should be glad that the FDA is looking to regulate nicotine products for electric cigarettes right ?. What i mean is, depending on the what these regulations might be, we should be asking how we can benefit from it. Nevermind what you may of heard from whoever about any kind of restrictions that might occur, and think about what good could come from any regulations that are put in place to protect the vaping community. Forget about a ban or restrictions on nicotine and try to imagine that the FDA are actually trying to protect us. Call me naive but but isn't that what regulatory bodies do ?.

.....................Hey man !

You are naive. (you said to call you naive)

It's not the government's job to regulate our foods, smokes, libations, and about 90 percent
of the other stuff it regulates. It's the governments job to protect our borders (not being done),
protect and uphold our constitution (not being done), and provide national security against
attacks in our homeland (we police other countries with money we don't have to push our
'supposed' values on them).

Now, look at all the other stuff the government has its hands in as far as your life is concerned.
Things that make you go HMMM!?! The vaping community has done a good job of regulating itself
by voting with their feet and wallets. You make a crappy product, NO SOUP FOR YOU! You make
a bad juice, NO SOUP FOR YOU!

As far as having the government baby sit you - you give the devil a ride, and pretty soon he
wants to drive.

Now .. excuse me whilst I have a great big cheeseburger, a 64-ounce soda, two big bowls of ice
cream and a vape. Gotta get it them while they are still legal.

+100 from me Bivie! For anyone who believes the FDA is all about safety and is looking out for our interests, read this thread and tell me the difference between this and our nicotine delivery systems - Pharma's usual inept and useless spray ... is quite legal and A-OK - and children over the age of 12 can use it - nice minty flavor....has PG in it -Hey! isn't that the ingredient in antifreeze etc ad nauseum. Also ask yourself how much these rabid POS politicians get paid by pharma to trash the benefits and lie outright about "danger to the public health" And they were probably cheap at the price. Seems like 5 bucks will buy you a political or legislative ..... nowadays. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...s/386108-comes-fresh-tasting-minty-spray.html

What she said.

She's paying attention. ;)

BTW - I like you, too, Katya.

Well, currently you can choose to buy only from highly reputable sources if you wish. Or buy from a lab and mix your own.

I just put down 500ml of 100mg VG in the deep freeze. Plan on getting more. Just need to figure out how to mix it to be vapable. :(

It's peeps like yourself that will ruin it for everyone - creating the shortage now will only bring more attention to ecigs in general. But I guess as long as you're set, that's all that matters...
