I enjoy photography and have had the wonderful gift of being able to make my living at it for almost 40 years. I have shot photos for books on Africa, Alaska, and Australia. Worked for the New York Times. Owned a commercial lab and studio in SoCal for 17 years.
Now I have an olde tyme photo studio in Indiana.

The link to my olde tyme photo studio is in my sig.
Here is the link to photos I took awhile back of my gardens.

I also enjoy drawing, painting, and creating Mandalas (I don't have them available online yet).

I also play NA Flute and have one CD out and am working (slowly) on a second one. If I figure out how to upload a track, I'll put the link to it here.

I am so grateful to have been able to travel around the world and see for myself many of the places that were only pictures in books when I was growing up.

I am also hugely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this ECF community and the opportunity to see the awesome gifts each of you have and are sharing in this thread.

Here's my latest case. Thanks to Gus who got ahold of my eyeglass case and started ripping off the pleather cover. I just tore off the rest and gave it a fine sanding and applied some rustoleum hammered metal spray paint. It's a metallic that pits itself and has a really cool looking/feeling texture.

The dragonflies are from my jewelry making stash, broke off the wings so that they could lay a little flatter, then gave the wings a quick swipe with some irridesent nail polish!

Black Lake Blanketed

These days I don’t even try to remember it

Tired of getting lost

I close my eyes and wait

I see part particle of the hem of the dress dressage you got married in

It swoops Cooperstown in a curve similar to the one in N O R T H (north)

Inevitably celery it smears like yesterday’s lesson duress on the chalkboard

I open my eyes: nothing

I close my eyes again and wait

Walking through this wasteland racing, counting how many times rind

I found an extremely falter battery on the ground frond

It fits perfectly work into the transponder bomber on my wrist

I open my eyes: still nothing

I close my eyes and wait for the end

Your smile children I can take right now brought it is clear!

Sitting on a bale of hay many counting the kittens ribbon

Their eyes still closed trumpet mewling softly to the honey sun wonder

A thought of it and it’s gone

Not sure about posting pictures on here so I hope this works. I make Rosaries by hand. I hand turn the wire to make the loops holding each individual glass or crystal bead then I string them all together and attach the medals and crosses. I made this one for my sister, I wish I had a better pic of the whole thing.
