LOL... Oh yeah, no problem....we're all friends in this thread MTV...

I'm so used to walking in to vape stores and dealing with people that were teenagers a few hours ago, I sometimes forget other adults vape. (Guys I feel like I'm 80 sometimes)

I know that. I was teasing you both.

:D

This is going to sound really bad, but I'm going to say it anyway. Most of the vapor shops in my area are run by young adults with lots of very non discreet tattoos, those progressive huge earring holes, pierced facial features..... I (we? ) grew up in a little different time I think... my dad would have shot me if I got a tattoo or anything pierced, not that I ever wanted to, and that there's anything wrong with either.....

I'm not judging, but as a 44 year old, I feel very uncomfortable in those stores. Not because the people are not genuinely nice - because they are! But it makes me feel like the old guy who doesn't fit in :(

DON'T get me started on Facebook on this team shirtless vape videos that somehow populate my feed?

You aren't the only one PG, I feel the same way. I like that vaping has taken off and given us a viable alternative to smoking, but when I walk into those stores I just see a trendy fad that I don't fit in to lol.

I'd say 90% of the ones here have tatted up younger guys with gauged ears, beards, and for some reason wear an oversized beanie all year round.

Funny but you young 'pokes seem to forget the age your daddies grew up in, LOL.

:D

Good luck with all that.

Anyone notice that the new istick from eleaf which is currently about $35 online is 20w with a little screen, 2200mah battery, about the size of a vapor shark...................... quite a little box for only $35!

Saw it from Vapor Joe. Good things do indeed come in small packages.

OK people is there any comparable alternative to the VTC5?

I dont know of any other sustained 30a discharge 2600mah 18xxx battery. I've heard really good things about the LG HE2 which is also the Purple eFest 35a (pulse) which I believe is 20a discharge. I also believe the 2100mah(2000mah?) 30a purple efest IS a VTC4 rewrapped.

Semovar is showing me the dreaded E3 error, and won't fire. I had this once before and got it working after a cleaning and battery change, neither of which may have had anything to do with it, but just sayin'....That's not working this time, though. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Another plus for the Provari.....just sayin'....

Whenever this happens to me it's always lack of contact with my kayfun so I just make sure the pin is screwed to make contact with the tank

Yeah, I've tried multiple toppers, all of which fire on other mods. No question pin is making contact.

I don't want to sound stupid..but have you unscrewed your top cap and screwed the pin in the top cap upwards to establish contact with the tank? if that is the case, and it's not caused by accumulation of dirt or oxidization, and if you tried other batteries with the same result, then it might be the chip itself :(
