Here is my new semovar

Very nice. Definitely different. Have you tried the Hybrid connection? Makes a difference. Looks great. After blinging out the Provari, I don't want to bling out my Semo. However, I may feel differently in a couple of more drops, LOL. Great pics!

Hey Bill. Yes I was using with the hybrid connection. Today just got the parts made by a local machine shop and used my nemesis tube re threaded for semovar and just a different look.

That gold in the mix looks really good. I feel incomplete now....lol

I think the hybrid connector brings the vape to a bit better level. I am now exclusively using ES Kayfuns now just so I can use the hybrid adapter.

Also i dont use mine in VW mode. This seems to be the battery killer.......I'm guessing that its because its continuously adjusting itself.

I cant say anything bad about the ProVari, but the Semovars are always in my hand.....(I keep making excuses to the wife why I keep using her Semo as well)....... Im a bad person.....

It hasn't been out of my hand since I got it. I can stick an 18650 Semo in my pocket. It needs a button top battery though.

That will be very convenient in your pocket for sure, but $85 for a stick kind of pricy. That being said, I don't realize that I just spent $100 for the brass pieces made by the local machine shop. Plus I still have to spend another maybe $80 for gold plating the brass. Lol......

I'm looking for one here in the UK after experiencing the form factor it's great and I'm on a boat so the semo wont roll around. The semo is big in 650 mode. Looks like I will have to order one from Svoemesto in Germany.

I just read this whole thread in one sitting,DAM!,that's a bunch of reading.I just bought a used semovar,it should be in my grubby paws later today.I gotta work tonite so I won't get much play time till wednesday.I have a 3.1 and the semovar is supposed to have the adapter.That means it comes off the ELA and goes on the semy when I do get playtime.Thank you for the invite Mr.Bond,my questions have been answered by the fine contributors in this thread.I will post some crappy pics when I can.It sounds like my provari's and futura will get some rest now.

I bought one used also, gave it to my son who loves it. We've been playing with it and it just feels like a quality device. Nicer than the provari in my opinion.

I do love my Futura however.

Me too torn between the two, looks no doubt Semovar to me looks better, can't decide yet. I am just keep on reading what peoples says about it..then I get one of them..
